You don’t need to worry if plans are changing:

You can reduce the number of expected event attendees by 10% (per day), up to the day of arrival, free of charge.
If you need to cancel up to 14 days prior to the event, eligible fees can be utilised as credit for future events held by March 31, 2022¹.
If you are unable to redeem your credit, we will refund you after your credit has expired².
No prepayment required, when guaranteeing the event with a credit card.
