General hotel information

Hotel policies

Since hotel policies regarding early check-in (generally before 2:00 pm) or late checkout (generally after 12:00 pm) vary by location and by hotel, please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Direct hotel phone numbers can be found on your confirmation email or on the hotel information page.
If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process.
Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying a single room. To accommodate more guests, you need to change your reservation. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to confirming your updated reservation.
Although individual hotel policies may vary, most hotels have a minimum age requirement of 21 years old. Please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Direct hotel phone numbers can be found in your confirmation email or on the respective hotel information page.
Pre-authorization of your credit card is technically a "hold" on your credit card credit line from a purchase placed there by a merchant (such as any Radisson Hotel Group hotel) who has initiated a charge, but not completely processed it. When the merchant finalizes the transaction process, the pre-authorization amount will be replaced by an actual charge to your card. Important points: Participating Radisson Hotel Group hotels only accept credit cards for pre-authorization. We swipe your credit card at check-in to ensure that sufficient funds are available to settle your final bill –- and we hold this amount throughout your stay. The amount we check for will depend on the length of your stay and which hotel you are residing at. The member of staff checking you in will explain this process clearly. No money is taken from your credit card, however, it will show as a pending transaction. The authorization of your card will last the length of your stay and it will take up to five days after your departure to be released. You can use a different card to pay your final bill. If you have any questions about pre-authorization, please inquire at the check-in area.

Account and support

After you sign in, select “My account” and go to “My profile” to view your account information. To update your address, email address, and preferences, select the “Request Changes” button. You will be sent an email that contains a link to complete your updates.
When on a hotel’s overview page, click on to the “Contact” tab. Here, you’ll find contact details for the hotel. Scroll down further to the section on how to get to the hotel. This will include directions from major transport hubs and an interactive map helping you find the hotel from your chosen location, via car, public transport or on foot.
e-Certs (electronic certificates) are limited time, virtual discounts and special offers that can only be used when booking with Radisson Hotel Group properties. More information can be found in our FAQ section on e-Certs.

Reservations

Making a reservation

In case any issues arise during the reservation process, please call the regional help desk.
Yes, you can book up to nine rooms at a time. Please see the list of toll-free numbers to contact in your country if you wish to order ten or more rooms.
Yes. A credit card number is required to book a reservation online for those hotels that accept credit cards. For your security, any personal information such as your credit card number or phone number will be encrypted before being transmitted over the internet.
You will need to create an account as part of the online reservation process. It only takes a few minutes to set up your account using an email address and password. Once done, you can personalize your “My account” page with your favorite hotels and view transaction and reservation information.
Please note all preferences and requests in the “Add comment” area when making a reservation. The hotel will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

Changing your travel plans

Yes. If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the Radisson Hotel Group cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process.
You may modify or cancel a reservation online. Because all Radisson Hotel Group brands are connected to our central reservation system, you will have access to all of your reservations as well as your account history. Select “Reservations” from the menu at the top of the website and then “Find your reservations,” inputting your name and confirmation number you received when making your booking. You will then be able to modify, upgrade, or cancel your booking. However, you must create a guest account, designating a guest name and password, to view your reservation. Your account history will be viewable online within 24 -hours after establishing a Radisson Hotels guest account.
Unfortunately, if you fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged a minimum of one night's room charge and tax, billed to the credit card supplied during the reservation process. Cancellation policies vary by hotel, so you may also have additional liabilities as agreed to during the reservation confirmation process. Cancellation policies are displayed during the reservation confirmation process and are also listed in the confirmation email you receive upon confirming your reservation.
We'll do our best to accommodate your change in travel plans; however, policies regarding early check-in and late check-out vary by location and by hotel. Most Radisson Hotel Group hotels are prepared to accept guests at 2:00 p.m. or later and request checkout at 12 pm or earlier. Call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to request early check-in or late check-out. Yes, you can change the reservation so long as the new, adjusted reservation meets the e-Cert requirements and the changes are made before the original check-in date. Please note, however, that this only applies to reservations that did not require any pre-payment at the time of booking (e.g. advance purchase rate, deposit) and there were no change/cancellation fees due when you made the changes.

Account and support

Please allow two weeks after check-out for points to be added to your account.
As a registered website guest, your points balance will be displayed on your personalized “My account” each time you visit www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/rewards. You may also call Member Services with questions and/or balance information. Be sure to have your 16-digit Radisson Rewards number available.
Always provide your Radisson Rewards account number when checking in at the hotel.
Please allow four to six weeks after check-out for airline miles to be added to your account.

Purchase and Give

The Purchase and Give opportunity allows members to purchase points for themselves or other members online. The recipient of the points must be a current Radisson Rewards member in order to receive the purchased points and you should allow 24 hours for the purchased points to be deposited in the recipient’s account. Purchased points transactions are not refundable, and purchased and received points are not exchangeable. All purchase Terms and Conditions and all standard Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions apply.
The purchase price for points is USD 7 per 1,000 points purchased up to a maximum 80,000 points per transaction per account per year. GST/HST also applies to Canadian residents.
You may use any valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, or Discover Card.
Your statement will indicate a purchase description of “Points Radisson Rewards.”
Our designated vendor, Points.com, will process and charge your credit card for your purchase.
When you complete the online transaction you will receive a confirmation number. Keep your confirmation number available until the points are deposited. You will also receive two emails. The first (a receipt) is sent when you complete the online transaction. The second (a confirmation) is sent when the full transaction is completed.
Please allow 24 hours for the points to be posted to the recipient’s member’s Radissonrecipient’s Radisson Rewards account.
After they are posted, if you purchased points for yourself, you can view the points in your Radisson Rewards account when you log in to the www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/rewards website with your Radisson Rewards number and secure password.
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email when the points have been deposited into your account.
We will ask you for the recipient's email address during the transaction and will send a notification of your gift to that email address when the points are credited to their account. We will also email you a confirmation number so that you know the transaction is complete.
Processing takes up to 24 hours. The points may not be used until they have been posted to the account.
No, points may only be purchased online. The 72-hour posting schedule cannot be expedited.
No, but you can instantly obtain a Radisson Rewards number by enrolling in the program via the www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/rewards website.
No, you are required to provide the member’s Radisson Rewards account number at the time of purchase.
You can purchase a maximum of 80,000 points for yourself per year. You may also purchase a maximum of 80,000 points per person as a gift for others per year. A Radisson Rewards member may only have a total of 80,000 purchased or gifted points credited to their member account in any one calendar year.
No, the points purchased and received do not count towards Elite status.
No. The points purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Membership is open to non-professional travel arrangers, executive assistants and administrative staff at small and medium enterprises who make hotel bookings on behalf of their company’s business travelers. Yes. Simply log in to any of our brand websites and book the Members Only Rate to save up to 10% on hotel rooms. Yes. As a member, you’ll earn 10 Radisson Rewards points for every U.S. dollar spent on hotel bookings for others. Earnings are based on eligible stays consumed room charges only, excluding taxes and service charges. 

In addition, the travelers you book can earn 20 Radisson Rewards points for every U.S. dollar spent on eligible stays consumed room charges and food & drink charged to their room when they join Radisson Rewards and you include the traveler’s member number in each reservation.

No. If you book and stay at a Radisson Hotel Group hotel, you will earn points as a guest pursuant to Radisson Rewards and not as a part of Radisson Rewards for Business program. You will earn the individual 20 Points per U.S. dollar spent.
No. Participation is by individual account only. Pooling of points or team accounts is considered fraudulent and will result in the loss of all points. Please see the program terms and conditions for details.
Points are accrued by an individual member. They are not transferable to another member in most circumstance. Please see the program terms and conditions for details for exceptions.
If a member of the Small + Medium Enterprises program books a meeting, the booker will be able to earn points for the meetings as long as the Event/Meeting is charged to a master bill. The amount of points earned for Meetings and Events is 5 points per U.S. dollar for all meetings and events charged to a master bill, with no minimum spend. In Europe, the Middle East and Asia, point earning spend is capped at a maximum of $50,000.

E-certs

General information

e-Certs (electronic certificates) are limited time, virtual discounts and special offers that can only be used when booking with Radisson Collection, Radisson, Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson using your personal e-Cert code.
No, an e-Cert is not the same as an e-gift card. e-Certs cannot be purchased, while the e-gift cards are pre-paid gift cards that can be purchased online and at participating hotels.

Account and support

If you are a Radisson Rewards member, you may sign in to your account and view a list of your open e-Certs. If you are not a Radisson Rewards member, or if the e-Cert was not associated with your Radisson Rewards account, you will need to refer to the email you received to find your number. If you no longer have your email, the e-Cert is considered lost and is not replaceable.
Expired e-Certs are not listed so it is possible that your e-Cert is no longer available for use. To verify if the e-Cert is still available for use, you can access the details using the lookup feature on this page or by linking to the offer from the email you receive. Most e-Certs should be associated with your Radisson Rewards account, however, if you have one that isn't listed but is still available, you can still redeem it by entering the e-Cert code during the booking process.
Please review the terms and conditions of your e-Cert offer to confirm the reservation you are attempting to book meets the offer requirements. Participating hotels, booking dates, stay dates, and applicable rates can vary by e-Cert. If you continue to have problems using the e-Cert, please contact Member Services for assistance.
Yes, the e-Cert can be applied to your reservation if the adjustment is made prior to hotel check-in on the website or at www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/rewards. Best Rate Guarantee (BRG)

You will need the information related to your Radissonhotels.com reservation as well as the specific information related to the lower rate you found (rate, website address, date found).
Yes. You must submit a claim within 24 hours of the original booking, and at least 48 hours prior to midnight local time of your arrival date at the hotel.
When you submit a completed claim, we will independently validate the availability of the lower rate and verify that the rate meets the terms of the Best Rate Guarantee. The rate must still be available to the general public and bookable in the local currency of the hotel. If the lower rate is no longer available, the guarantee will not apply.
If you have not prepaid the full amount of you stay, the room rate will be adjusted on your reservation to reflect the lower rate, including an additional 25% discount. If you have prepaid the full amount of your stay on Radissonhotels.com, the hotel will refund the full amount charged to your credit card for the original rate booked and then charge the full amount of your stay based on the lower room rate, with the 25% discount applied, to that same card.
Please present your reservation confirmation number at the time of check-in. If Customer Care provides you with a new confirmation number after validating your claim, that new number must be provided.

Gift cards

General information

The Radisson Hotels gift card is a prepaid gift card available in euro (EUR) or pound sterling (GBP). The gift card can be used to pay hotel charges (any eligible service managed or operated by a participating hotel including applicable taxes) at nearly 300 Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Park Inn by Radisson, and Park Plaza hotels in participating countries.

There are different types of gift cards: 

  • A physical gift card that is sold at the hotel and online. 
  • A personalized gift card that can be purchased online: You can upload a picture of your choice on the website, and that picture will be printed on the gift card for an extra cost of EUR 3.00 per card. 
  • An e-gift card, which is an electronic gift card, sent by email. The e-card is a perfect last-minute gift which can be bought online. 
  • B2B gift cards are sold in bundles of 25 cards of the same value. They can be ordered through our global sales offices.

Gift card value

The minimum value is EUR 20/ GBP 20 and the maximum value is EUR 150/ GBP 100.
When you purchase the gift card at the hotel, you can choose any value between EUR 20/ GBP 20 and EUR 150/ GBP 100. When ordering the gift card online or when ordering corporate gift cards, you need to choose from a fixed denomination (EUR 20, 50, 75, 100, 150, or GBP 20, 50, 75, 100).
The gift card is available in EUR or GBP. When purchasing the gift card online, you can choose between the two currencies. When you purchase the gift card at any of the hotels, you cannot choose. Please note: Only the hotels in Great Britain offer the gift card in GBP. Hotels located outside Great Britain offer the gift card in EUR. Both currency gift cards can be used at all participating hotels

You can buy a gift card at any Radisson Hotel Group hotel located in participating countries and online.
Countries where the gift card can be purchased at the hotels and where the hotels accept the gift card for payment: Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates.
Yes, when the gift card is purchased online.
Yes, if you buy the gift card at the hotel, you can write your message on the carrier. If you buy the gift card online, you can add your personal message to be printed on the carrier or on the e-gift card.
If the gift card is purchased at the hotel, the value can be personally written on the carrier. In case the gift card is purchased online, the value will be printed on the carrier. On an e-gift card the value is mentioned in the email which is sent to the receiver of the gift card.
If you buy the gift card at the hotel, it is activated the moment you purchase it. If you buy the gift card online, it is activated the day after the shipment. An e-gift card is activated at the time of purchase.
You can purchase a maximum of 24 gift cards in one order. If you want to order more than 24 cards to be sent in bulk to one address, please go to the section “'Corporate gift cards.”'.
All gift cards that are purchased at the hotel or online, will need to be paid by credit card (MasterCard and Visa). We do not accept cash.
When you purchased online, it is possible to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after the purchase, provided that the gift card has not been used. You will need to contact the Gift Card Support Center. We will block the gift card in the system and will refund you on the credit card used for payment.

Shipment

If you purchase the gift card at the hotel, you will receive the activated card immediately. If you purchase the gift card online, the card will be sent to the address of your choice. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping preference. If you purchase an e-gift card, an email with the gift card number and a PIN code will be sent instantly to the person you have indicated as the receiver.
When the gift card is purchased at the hotel, you receive the gift card at the time of purchase. No shipment is needed and therefore no shipment or handling fee applies. The card can be used immediately. When an individual gift card is purchased online, the gift card will be sent to the delivery address. Per gift card, a handling fee of EUR 2.00 / GBP 1.95 applies. Shipment costs depend on the country the card is sent to and the type of shipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct address. If the gift card cannot be delivered because of a wrong address, the Radisson Hotel Group cannot be held responsible. It is not possible to send a gift card to a post box address. No handling fee or shipment charges apply for e-gift cards.
