A. OVERVIEW 

1) The Offer: The offer provides a Prepaid Rate at Participating Hotels, with a discount between 5% and 25% off the Best Available Rate, depending on the location of the hotel.

2) Eligibility: The offer is available only at Participating Hotels and is subject to availability at time of booking. The offer may be changed or discounted at any time without notice. Blackout dates may apply. The offer is available for individual bookings only and is not valid for group bookings or in conjunction with any other promotional, discounted, or negotiated rates.

3) Definitions:

i. “Prepaid Rate” means a promotional hotel room rate offered by Radisson Hotel Group at Participating Hotels, requiring full prepayment at the time of booking and providing a discount off the Best Available Rate as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

ii. “Best Available Rate” means the lowest public rate of the day for the same room type, number of guests, and dates of stay, excluding promotional and negotiated rates.

iii. “Participating Hotels” means hotels operating under the Radisson Hotel Group brands that have elected to offer the Prepaid Rate during the promotional period.

iv. “Members” means a person enrolled in the Radisson Rewards with an active account in good standing.

B. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Offer Discounts and Benefits:

i. Participating Hotels in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa offer up to 20% off the Best Available Rate. Participating Hotels in Asia Pacific offer up to 15% off the Best Available Rate.

ii. Members who book directly on “radissonhotels.com” and logged into their account during the booking process may receive up to an additional 10% discount on the Prepaid Rate.

iii. The Prepaid Rate is eligible for Radisson Rewards points. Members will earn the standard 20 points per U.S. dollar spent, in addition to any applicable Elite tier status point bonus.

2) Restrictions and Combinability:

i. The Prepaid Rate and the Best Available Rate vary by hotel, are subject to change, and may be different each night of stay.

ii. The Prepaid Rate is available for individual bookings only and cannot be combined with any other promotional or discounted offer.

iii. Participating Hotels and the number of rooms allocated for the Prepaid Rate may be limited and change at any time without notice.

3) Booking and Payment Terms:

i. In the Asia Pacific region, the Prepaid Rate requires booking a minimum of three (3) days prior to arrival. Additional advance bookings may be applied by the hotel.

ii. Full pre-payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking. Payment must be made by credit card, e-wallet or Alipay.

iii. The name on the reservation must match the credit cardholder’s name, and the same individual must check in for the stay.

4) Cancellations and Modifications:

i. Reservations made under the Prepaid Rate are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, amended or adjusted after booking. Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date, will result in forfeiture of the entire pre-payment without refund or credit.

5) Miscellaneous:

i. This offer is subject to applicable law and void where prohibited by law.

ii. Additional taxes, fees and surcharges may apply. Total estimated rate will be displayed in the hotel's local currency.

iii. Any currency conversion displayed are for comparison purposes only and are based on publicly available sources from third parties without independent investigation or verification. Radisson Hotel Group makes not guarantee as to the accuracy of such conversion and actual rates may vary.

iv. Radisson Hotel Group and/or its subsidiaries own the hotel brand names and Radisson Rewards program.
