Radisson Hotels’ Commitment to Digital Accessibility

As a member of the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance, Radisson Hotels aims to provide a positive online experience for all of our guests, and we strive to promote accessibility and inclusion. Our goal is to permit our customers to successfully gather information and transact business through our website and other technology platforms. We are continually improving our online user experience for everyone in applying relevant accessibility standards.

We firmly believe that the Internet should be available and accessible to everyone, and we are committed to providing accessible touchpoints to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstances and abilities. We aim to adhere as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) for web content accessibility. The aforementioned guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of different needs. Adhering to these guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to the highest number of people with disabilities—visually impaired individuals, blind individuals, people with motor disabilities, cognitive disabilities, and more.
