In the centre of a world-class city in the Netherlands, Park Plaza Utrecht offers 10 fully equipped conference rooms. Each room comes complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural daylight, alongside on-site technical and audiovisual support, such as smart TVs and projector screens. You can also combine our three Plaza Suite meeting rooms to host up to 150 delegates. For those staying in Utrecht overnight, the hotel offers 120 spacious and air-conditioned rooms which are all inspired by the famous Dutch art movement 'De Stijl'.
Ideal for conferences or congresses, the meeting facilities at Park Plaza Utrecht offer flexible solutions for events of all sizes. The 7th floor is dedicated for all our meeting rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and city views for up to 150 people. The spacious and modern foyer is used for breaks and drinks, as well as creative brainstorming sessions. Organise a plenary session, a creative workshop and multiple sub sessions in the different rooms, or combine the Plaza or Park Suites for a classic format where your guests can fully focus on the presenters.
Park Plaza Utrecht is the perfect location for smaller scale events including meetings, trainings and boardroom sessions. Choose one of our boardrooms with city views or have a creative session in our private event space. The multi-functional meeting rooms are equipped with panoramic windows and the latest technology.
Events & Celebrations
The exclusive private event space, located on ground floor level, is a unique venue for product launches, receptions, private dinners or other lifestyle events. The private event space has a cosy atmosphere that is ideal for hosting events for up to 75 guests. It is also possible to combine this space with the restaurant and bar for events for up to 200 guests. The private event spaces come complete with a LCD projector. Other AV equipment such as a microphone, DJ Booth and mood lighting can be arranged upon request.

Our spacious pre-function foyer easily connects our meeting rooms to a bright open space. Inspired by the Dutch art movement ‘De Stijl’, this inviting area comes complete with plush chairs and coffee and tea facilities, making it the ideal option for a comfortable breakout session.

CUBO Kitchen & Bar
CUBO Kitchen offers delicious international cuisine in a casual, yet stylish, environment inspired by the Dutch art movement ‘De Stijl’. Ideally located in the heart of Utrecht, CUBO Kitchen is perfect for lunch and dinner, while the bar is a great choice for post-meeting drinks and social gatherings.
Enjoy our conference lunch packages which include an Asian-style bento box or a typical Dutch lunch (12 uurtje). For groups of 20 people or more we offer 2 or 3-course lunch menus or a sumptuous buffet lunch.

For smaller events such as board meetings or training sessions, book one of our 24.5 m2 boardrooms, which can accomodate up to 8 people. Each room is enhanced with floor-to-ceiling windows with city views and plenty of natural daylight, a LCD TV and one flipchart.
