I booked into the Park Plaza for one night on August 19th last, not knowing at the time that my company had booked me in elsewhere that night. The Park Plaza was well entitled to charge me the full amount for cancelling, but after I contacted them requesting that they didn't (outlining what my company had done) no money was taken out of my card. Truly decent of the hotel team! Even though I didn't stay at the hotel, I'm giving 5 stars for this!

We had three wonderful days at this hotel, it was for business. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, especially Efe, the young Italian gentleman, and the waiter at the bar. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly come back next time!

Thanks for a lovely stay. The breakfast was great and we were made to feel very welcome. Would recommend for a city stay. To access the city centre, it's a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride away.
