The flexible meeting spaces were refurbished in September 2018 bringing the outdoors indoors, with our new interior designs reflecting the local surroundings of the hotel. The 20 meeting rooms boast natural daylight and a new integrated AV system. The Polder meeting rooms can accommodate up to 800 delegates theatre style and 350 delegates classroom style. Delegates can use The Greenery breakout space to brainstorm or relax with smaller groups.

The large rooms are ideal for residential conferences, product launches, speaker meetings or interactive team building activities, the smaller rooms are perfect for confidential meetings, creative brainstorm sessions and video conferences.
The hotel restaurant Victor and Charlie can easily be combined for large groups. The perfect location for a private conference breakfast, lunch or dinner when hired exclusively. The restaurant serves an extensive selection of international cuisine for lunch and dinner. Or you can enhance your meeting experience by opting in for an post-meeting drink in our Whisky Bar. The modern lounge bar has a cosy ambience for an informal chat but can also be hired exclusively for you and your delegates. A range of snacks are served throughout the day to accompany many international distilled beverages and perfectly-shaken cocktails.

Polder Meeting Rooms
The Polder Meeting Rooms are ideal for large residential conferences or events for up to 800 delegates.Perfect for multi-day events around 400 delegates. Polder Meeting Rooms can be partitioned into three separate rooms or can also be used as one large room, featuring three large projectors, screens and a sound system.
Sky Meeting Rooms
Book one of our 6 Sky Meeting Rooms with natural daylight. Perfect for events for up to 32 people in boardroom-style and 210 people in theatre-style. Sky Meeting Room 3 also has a built in sound system with 2 microphones which will be perfect for product launches, workshops or talks.

The 194 bus runs to/from Schiphol B17 stop – directly in front of the airport entrance/exit to just outside the hotel. Runs every 30 minutes from 5.15am to 11.45pm daily. Please alight after six stops (15 minutes travel time) at Lijnden Melbournestraat.
