The project

Your points will go toward the carbon reduction project in Madre de Dios, Peru. 100,000 hectares of the Amazon are protected by smallholder sustainable Brazil nuts plantations which – through the project – gain access to the international market. By protecting the forest, the project not only prevents emissions that would result from deforestation but also helps to safeguard an extremely biodiverse habitat.
