What information should be sent to the Radisson Rewards team to enroll the Corporation?

Company ID, Company name, Country, email, Property of Enrollment, and subsidiaries ID that will belong to the Parent Company.

Who is signing the DocuSign?

Administrator should be reviewing and signing the DocuSign. Admin is the Corporation main contact with the RHG team.

What happens if the Administrator leaves the company?

The corporation/ account should notify the sales person in charge of the account and provide with new admin details. Radisson Rewards team will update it manually in the system.

How are the Bookers enrolling into the Corporate program?

The administrator has a URL in his private area that needs to be shared with all Bookers. They will be enrolled through this dedicated link.

How can the Corporation manage the points in their account?

All points generated by Bookers and Planners are pooled into Corporate Account level. Administrator and Deputies are the ones that can redeem or transfer the points.

Can a Corporation allow their employees to earn points individually?

Yes, Corporations can decide if their employees pool their points at a corporate level, or if they are allowed to earn points individually. If earning individually, the bookers will need to sign up for the Radisson Rewards Bookers & Planners program.

How many points can a Corporation transfer?

The Administrator can transfer from the Corporate account a maximum of 200.000 points per transaction, up to 10 transfers per month.

Our Corporate Program has been designed for corporations and agencies that want to pool their Radisson Rewards points at a Corporate Account level, instead of individual earning per booker or planner. This program allows corporations and agencies to collect the Radisson Rewards points when their bookers and planners book rooms on behalf of someone else or when organizing meetings and events.

How does the Corporate Program work?

As a corporation or agency you have been invited by Radisson Hotel Group to join our exclusive points pooling program or you are interested in signing up, allowing you to collect Radisson Rewards points at a Corporate Account level.

The program is easy to understand and work with, allowing the Administrators and Deputies to manage their Corporate Account and teams. Once the Corporate Account, Administrator and Deputy accounts have been created by Radisson Hotel Group, it is the responsibility of the Administrator to invite their bookers and planners to join their Corporate Account and to start collecting points.

Radisson Rewards points can be transferred to individual accounts of your own Corporate Account to book hotel rooms, meetings and/or events, or you can transfer points to another company if you have an agreement with them to split points off, for example for an event.

Corporate Account roles

The Corporate Account features several roles to run the program within your corporation or agency. What are the specific roles in the Radisson Rewards Corporate Program?

Administrator

The Administrator manages the points , enrolls or removes members from the Corporate Account and sees all the reservations made for the Corporate Account.

Deputy

The Deputy manages point earning and redemption when the Administrator is unavailable. The Deputy is also able to see all reservations made for the Corporate Account.

Booker

The Booker is able to see the reservations they have made for themselves or on behalf of others, and modify them.
