By participating in the Radisson Rewards Shanghai Timeless Wonder Offer (“Promotion”) for Radisson Rewards members ("Member"), you acknowledge, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions. 

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must: 

(i) Be a Radisson Rewards member (“Member”) 

(ii) Register to the promotion. 

(iii) Held your booking during the booking and staying dates (“Promotion Period”) at one of the participating properties.

To be eligible for this offer, stays must be booked directly via Radisson Hotel Group via the official Radisson Hotel Group website or mobile app. Stays booked via a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agent will not be eligible for this offer. 

An “Eligible Booking” means a booking made by an Eligible Member at a Participating Property. See the Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions for more information. 

Eligible Members will earn promotional points based on Eligible Bookings at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. 

Points will be awarded to eligible member accounts within 60 days after the end of the promotion. Bonus points are in addition to the standard points per U.S. dollar issued based on the standard tier proposition. 

An "Eligible Stay" is defined as a stay minimum 1 night stay. Participating hotels are listed on this landing page. 

The Offer is eligible for a single use throughout the Promotion Period. Additionally, it is strictly personal and intended for individual Member bookings only. The Offer should not be utilized for bookings on behalf of third parties and is not applicable to corporate client accounts. 

You may also benefit from additional Radisson Rewards promotions running in parallel to this Offer unless explicitly stated that certain additional promotions may be exempt.

Full payment for the Eligible Stay under the Offer must be made using a credit card, e-wallet, or Alipay for the entire stay at the time of booking through the radissonhotels.com website or mobile application. The name on the reservation must match the credit cardholder's name, and the individual who received the Offer must also be the one checking in for the stay. 

Eligible Stays booked during the Promotion Period cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking. If the Member does not arrive on the reservation date, the Participating Property shall have the right to cancel such reservation without refund or credit. The cancellation policy follows the policy that the Participating Properties have in place and will differ per Participating Property. 

The availability of rooms for this Offer at the Participating Property may be limited. The Offer, Participating Hotels, and/or relevant terms and conditions are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. The Offer is governed by applicable laws, and any of its terms shall be rendered void or inapplicable wherever and to the extent prohibited by law. Additional exclusions may also apply. 

Radisson Hotel Group and the Participating Properties are not responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate booking information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your participation in this Offer.
