Our stay at Radisson Collection Resort, Galle exceeded all our expectations! Our room was beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and creating the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The resort itself is stunning, featuring beautiful two swimming pools, elegant surroundings, and direct beach access that made every moment unforgettable. The dining experience was truly exceptional, especially at Namikaze Restaurant. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, with an outstanding selection of Japanese, Asian and some international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Every dining experience was memorable thanks to the outstanding Food & Beverage team. A very special appreciation goes to the lovely hostess, Ms. Jayani, who truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She was always available to assist us with a warm smile and ensured everything was perfect throughout our dining experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care stood out from the very beginning. She patiently explained every dish on the menu, provided excellent recommendations based on our preferences, and always made us feel welcomed and valued. Her cheerful personality and attention to every guest reflect the highest standards of hospitality. She is truly a hidden gem to the team, and her dedication deserves special recognition. Thank you, Ms. Jayani, for making our stay even more memorable , keep up the wonderful work! One of the highlights of our stay was the spa, where we enjoyed an incredibly relaxing treatment in a peaceful atmosphere. Every member of the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable stay. We would especially like to thank the entire team, whose kindness, and exceptional attention to detail made our holiday even more special.
