Albania is in southeastern Europe, with the capital Tirana in the middle of the country. You can reach the city easily by bus from neighboring countries including Kosovo, Montenegro, Greece, and Macedonia.

There are good flight connections (between 2-3 hours) to major European cities and the airport is a 30-minute drive from the city center. There are also ferry connections to Italy from Durrës, a 30–40-minute drive from Tirana.
