"Warm Hospitality and Great Location"

Our stay at Hotel Rathauspark Wien was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, combining comfort, thoughtful service, and a fantastic location. Just around the corner from Vienna University, the hotel immediately impressed us with its modern and fresh design - both outside and inside. Check-in was smooth, and we were kindly upgraded to a premium room, which was bright, spacious, and featured the convenience of two bathrooms. A special thank you to the hotel for the lovely welcome gift extended to Radisson Rewards VIP members - two bottles of sparkling wine and a selection of local Austrian snacks. This thoughtful gesture truly set a warm tone for our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a broad selection of food served by friendly and attentive staff. While it did get busy during peak hours, the team kept the buffet well stocked and the experience pleasant. The only point for improvement would be a light refresh of the room, as we noticed some minor stains on the walls and a few cracks in the wood inside the closet. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are grateful for the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

"Perfect location"

We stayed here for four nights, specifically to visit the Christmas markets. The location was perfect , just a short stroll to the biggest market at the Rathaus and others close by. We also walked to the Spanish Riding School and the Hofburg. Schonnbrun was further away but a taxi was cheap and easy. Our room was very spacious with a small outdoor terrace and a nice bathroom . It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a decent choice and set us up for the day. The staff were helpful giving advice on locations and transport. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend due to the great location.

The hotel was very nice, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. It was on a quiet street and close to Christmas markets which was our purpose for the trip. There wasn’t a huge number options for breakfast but what was available was good. I would recommend this hotel

We have had a great stay and all the staff were very friendly and so helpful, especially Hayat on the reception desk. The location was great and so close to the main Christmas market. The rooms were lovely and clean. We will definitely be back soon.

There seemed to be mixed views when we booked our 3 night trip. However my wife and I as young "seniors" thought this was a great hotel. We had a superior room (403) that had everything though charging e3.50 for bottled water we thought was free was the only negative. Very clean, maid serviced daily (with eco options).Working lift down to a great breakfast on par with any other Austrian hotel, help yourself machine coffee. Very handy for U and S bahn trains and tram at Rathaus. We found Elisenda on reception an excellent asset,she called restaurants for us, made great recommendations (Do try Einsteins around the corner..esp the goulash soup starter), and gave us good directions on the local map. She was really helpful. We give this hotel a deserved 5* stay.
