Take the fast train S7 to Wien Praterstern Station, then take underground line U2 to Schottentor station. Once at the station, take the exit Universitätsring, turn right towards Universitätsstraße before turning left onto Rathausstraße to arrive at the hotel. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes.
Alternatively, you can take the CAT (City Airport Train) to City Air Terminal / Wien Mitte station, then take underground line U4 towards Schottenring station and change to line U2 before getting off at Schottentor station.
