The Offer consists of discounts at the time of booking on certain Retail Rates on Eligible Stays at select participating Radisson hotels (“Participating Hotels”). To be eligible for The Offer, guests and members must book the specific rate during the Booking Period and consume reservations during the Stay Period referenced below. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

An Eligible Night is defined as a night - including all nights of the week - at any Participating Hotel in the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Eligible Stays must be booked between April 1, 2023, to April 23, 2023 (“Booking Period”) and consumed on Eligible Nights between April 1, 2023 and June 1, 2023 (“Stay Period”) (together, the “Promotion Period”). 

 

The Retail Rate is defined as the non-qualified retail rate loaded by Participating Hotels and generally publicly available for online booking by individual guests. Retail Rates vary by hotel, are subject to change, and may be different each night of the Eligible Stay. Retail Rates do not include promotional rates, non-public rates, rates that require membership, special access, or unique codes that are offered by the Participating Hotel. The Retail Rate excludes incidental charges (e.g. resort fees, room service and room entertainment). Additional taxes and surcharges may apply. Total estimated Retail Rate is only available in the Participating Hotel's local currency.

 

Guests who book an Eligible Stay at the Retail Rate will receive, subject to availability, the following: 

• Non-Radisson Rewards members may receive an up to 10% discount on the Retail Rate at the Participating Hotels; 

• Radisson Rewards members may receive an extra discount of up to 15% off the Non-Radisson Rewards members Retail Rate. The specific discount may vary by Participating Hotel and may be applicable for a specific rate plan only. 

 

By participating in the Radisson Rewards “2000 bonus points in the next Eligible stay for members” (“Promotion”) for Radisson Rewards ("Member") members, you acknowledge, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions. 

 

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must: (i) Be a Radisson Rewards member (“Member”); (ii) All Flexible Bookings via web or app must be held between April 03, 2023, and April 23, 2023 (“Promotion Period”) and the stay must be completed between 03 April 2023, and 01 June 2023. The Promotion is available at all Radisson Hotel Group hotels in the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (“Participating Properties”). 

 

An “Eligible Booking” means a booking made by an Eligible Member at a Participating Property. See the Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions for more information. Eligible Members will earn 2000 bonus points per stay based on Eligible Bookings at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. Points will be awarded to accounts within 60 days after the eligible stay. Bonus points are in addition to the standard points per U.S. dollar issued based on the standard tier proposition. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must be a member of Radisson Rewards and book on Radissonhotels.com. Only one Radisson Rewards account may earn points for a booking. Individual accounts only. 

 

You may also benefit from additional Radisson Rewards promotions running in parallel to this offer unless explicitly stated this promotion is exempt in the promotional terms and conditions . 

The maximum number of bonus points a member can earn with the promotional offer is 100,000 bonus points. Bonus points are awarded for eligible stays in participating hotels and will be awarded within 60 days after checkout for individual accounts. 

 

To be eligible for the bonus points you must: 

 

(i) Be a Radisson Rewards member (“Member”);

 

(ii) make an Eligible Booking on Radissonhotels.com (to become an “Eligible Member”) and (iii) All Bookings must be made during the specified “Booking period” and completed within the “Stay period. Bookings and stays outside of the specified periods will not be eligible for bonus points.\

 

To book the Offer as a Radisson Rewards member, you must be logged into your Radisson Rewards account during the booking process. 

 

Free cancellation policy will depend on each of the Participating Hotels. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the amount charged will be determined by each property.

 

The Offer is only valid at participating Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson RED, Radisson, and Radisson Individuals in the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Participating hotels are subject to change at any time without notice, and the number of rooms available for this offer may be limited and may vary by hotel.

 

The Offer may not be used in combination with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate. The Retail Rate for each night may vary and extra person charges may apply if exceeding double occupancy. Only valid for individual bookings. Not valid on previous reservations. 

 

The number of rooms available for this Offer at Participating Hotels may be limited. The Offer, the Participating Hotels and/or the applicable terms and conditions may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. The offer depends on individual hotel's booking terms and conditions. Offer is subject to applicable law and the Offer and any of its terms shall be void or not applicable where prohibited by applicable law. Other exclusions may apply. Local regulations related to Covid 19 may impact the opening hours and operation of the hotel restaurants (including breakfast) and bars.
