A. Overview

The Offer.

The Offer consists of discounts at the time of booking on certain Retail Rates on Eligible Stays at Radisson, Radisson Blu, Radisson Collection, Radisson Individuals, Park Plaza, Kunlun, Golden Tulip, and Jin Jiang Hotels in China (“Participating Properties”). To be eligible for The Offer, Guests and Radisson Rewards Members must book the specific rate during the Booking Period and consume reservations during the Stay Period referenced below. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

How to enjoy the Offer.

Guests (“Non-Radisson Rewards Members”) and Radisson Rewards Members (“Members”) must (i) book Eligible Stays during the Booking Period via Radissonhotels.com or in the mobile application and (ii) complete such stays during the Stay Period.

Definitions.

“Eligible Stay” refers to any stay at a Participating Hotel that meets the minimum length of stay required under the Offer. Eligible Stays must be booked during the Booking Period and consumed during the Stay Period.

“Booking Period” refers to the time period from July 7, 2026, to October 8, 2026, both dates inclusive.

“Stay Period” refers to the time period from July 7, 2026, to October 11, 2026, both dates inclusive.

“Promotion Period” refers to Booking Period and Stay Period.

“Retail Rate” is defined as the non-qualified retail rate loaded by Participating Hotels and generally publicly available for online booking by individual guests. Retail Rates vary by hotel, are subject to change, and may be different each night of the Eligible Stay. Retail Rates do not include promotional rates, non-public rates, rates that require membership, special access or unique codes that are offered by the Participating Hotel. The Retail Rate excludes incidental charges (e.g. resort fees, room service and room entertainment). Additional taxes and surcharges may apply. Total estimated Retail Rate is only available in the Participating Hotel's local currency.

B. Terms and Conditions

Offer Discounts, Benefits.

Under the Offer, Guests and Members will receive the following, subject to availability:

1. Guests and Members may receive a discount of up to 10% on the Retail Rate at the Participating Hotels when booking 2 nights or more;

2. Members may receive an additional discount of up to 10% in addition to the discount offered in item 1 above.

Members will earn Two Thousand (2,000) Radisson Rewards bonus points per stay based on Eligible Stays at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. Radisson Rewards bonus points will be awarded to accounts within 60 days after the eligible stay. Radisson Rewards bonus points are in addition to the standard points per U.S. dollar issued based on the standard tier proposition.

By participating in the Radisson Rewards “2000 bonus points in the next Eligible stay for members” (“Promotion”) for Radisson Rewards ("Member") members, you acknowledge, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions.

The Offer and Promotion cannot be combined with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any discounted rate. The Qualifying Rate for each night is subject to variation, and additional charges may apply for extra persons exceeding double occupancy. This offer is exclusively valid for individual bookings and is not applicable to previous reservations.

Full payment for the Offer must be made using a credit card, e-wallet, or Alipay for the entire stay at the time of booking through the radissonhotels.com website or mobile APP. The name on the reservation must match the credit cardholder's name, and the individual who received the Offer must also be the one checking in for the stay.

Eligible Stays booked during the Promotion Period cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking. If the Guest does not arrive on the reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit. The cancellation policy follows the policy that the Participating Properties have in place for the flexible rates and will differ per Participating Property.

The availability of rooms for this Offer at the Participating Property may be limited. The Offer, Participating Hotels, and/or relevant terms and conditions are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. The Offer is governed by applicable law, and any of its terms shall be rendered void or inapplicable wherever prohibited by law. Additional exclusions may also apply.

Radisson Hotel Group and the Participating Properties are not responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate booking information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your participation in this Offer.
