A. OVERVIEW 

The Offer:

The Offer consists of the possibility to earn ten thousand (10,000) bonus points per stay based on Eligible Stays at Participating Properties that include the highlighted in the offer page during the Promotion Period.

How to enjoy the offer. Radisson Rewards members (“Members”) must (i) book Eligible Stays with the prepaid rate during the Booking Period via Radissonhotels.com or in the mobile application and (ii) consume such reservations during the Stay Period. By participating in the Offer, Members agree to these Terms and Conditions contained herein and Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, you are required to be a Radisson Rewards member to be eligible for the Offer.

Definitions.

“Eligible Stay” refers to any stay of not less than one (1) night at a Participating Property during the Stay Period booked with the prepaid rate.

“Booking Period” refers to 30 March 2026 to 14 April 2026, both dates inclusive.

“Stay Period” refers to 30 March 2026 to 18 May 2026, with both dates being considered inclusive.

“Promotion Period” refers to Booking Period and Stay Period.

B. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Offer Discounts, Benefits. Under the Offer, Members will receive the following, subject to availability:

1) Members will earn ten thousand (10,000) bonus points per stay based on Eligible Stays at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period.

2) Bonus points will be awarded to accounts within sixty (60) days after the completion of the Eligible Stay.

3) Bonus points are in addition to the standard points per U.S. dollar issued based on the standard tier proposition.

The Offer is strictly personal and intended for individual Member bookings only. The Offer should not be utilized for bookings on behalf of third parties and is not applicable to corporate client accounts.

You may also benefit from additional Radisson Rewards promotions running in parallel to this Offer unless explicitly stated that certain additional promotions may be exempt.

Full payment for the Eligible Stay under the Offer must be made using a credit card, e-wallet, or Alipay for the entire stay at the time of booking through the radissonhotels.com website or mobile application. The name on the reservation must match the credit cardholder's name, and the individual who received the Offer must also be the one checking in for the stay.

Eligible Stays booked during the Promotion Period cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking. If the Member does not arrive on the reservation date, the Participating Property shall have the right to cancel such reservation without refund or credit. The cancellation policy follows the policy that the Participating Properties have in place and will differ per Participating Property.

The availability of rooms for this Offer at the Participating Property may be limited. The Offer, Participating Hotels, and/or relevant terms and conditions are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. The Offer is governed by applicable laws, and any of its terms shall be rendered void or inapplicable wherever and to the extent prohibited by law. Additional exclusions may also apply.

Radisson Hotel Group and the Participating Properties are not responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate booking information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your participation in this Offer.
