Contactless experience - online check-in

1. Booking

Make a reservation at a Park Plaza hotel via our websites. Message with our reservations team at any stage to discuss any special requests, including upgrades.

2. Online Check-In

24 hours before your stay you’ll receive an email inviting you to check in online. Check and update the details of each guest, add your arrival time and complete payment. That’s it!

3. Digital Key

Once check-in is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email where you can easily download the Park Plaza Services App, activate your digital key and share it with your travel companion. Alternatively, pick up the regular keycard upon arrival from the dedicated guest desk. You can also use your digital key to redeem a complimentary drink* when dining in one of our restaurants!

4. In-Room Services

On arrival, skip past reception and head directly to the comfort of your room. Once settled in, use the app to chat with our team members for any requests or order room service with just a few taps from your personal device.

5. Express Check-Out

Make your departure quick and easy. Use the app to check out (and pay for any bills linked to your room) and your digital key will be deactivated.

Terms & Conditions

• The complimentary drink promotion is available at the hotel of your stay in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands during your stay dates.
• List of participating hotels in this promotion: Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, Park Plaza London Riverbank, Park Plaza Leeds, Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, Park Plaza Vondelpark, Amsterdam, Park Plaza Utrecht.
• We reserve the rights to change the list of participating hotels at any time.
• Guest are entitled to a complimentary drink while dining at the restaurant of the hotel they are staying at when each adult is ordering a main meal.
• The complimentary drink is limited to one drink per guest per meal.
• The complimentary drink includes: soft drinks, regular glass of house wine or a pint of draft beer.
• The offer can be claimed by presenting a valid digital key at time of ordering. A valid digital key is for the hotel where the guest is residing and in which the participating restaurant is located and is valid only for the duration of their stay.
• The promotion is only valid for dining at the hotel’s restaurants and bars. Breakfast, room service or in-room dining, catering or banquets, or groups or parties of six or more are excluded from this promotion.
• In order to avail the offer, a registered hotel guest must be present, must provide their digital room key, and must request the offer at the time of ordering.
• Promotion cannot be applied at the hotel’s front desk. Promotion may not be combined with other offers or promotions. Promotion ends on 30 September 2021.
