As part of our Reassuring Moments programme, we have developed a contactless experience at select hotels for your safety and comfort.
Use your personal device to check in online before you arrive and then simply navigate your stay via the Park Plaza Services Hub. All of the below services can be accessed via the QR code published on your welcome letter, along with in-room screens and common areas of the hotel.

Digital Services
Online check-in
Check in online in 30 seconds from your own device before you arrive. Simply pick up your keycard upon arrival or use the mobile key to enter your room.
Digital key
Securely enter your room with a digital key after completing online check in with our Park Plaza Services app, available in App Store and Google Pay.
Instant messaging
Chat to one of our team members who will be happy to assist with questions or requests you may have during your stay via WhatsApp or Web Chat.
Online food and drinks ordering
Order room service, including breakfast, with just a few taps directly from your personal device. Choose whether to pay online or at the door, without any direct contact with our team members.
