Participating in the innovative Accelerate Program has propelled Ivica's career to new heights, leading him to take on the role of General Manager/Curator at Radisson RED Tbilisi (Georgia) last November. For Ivica, Accelerate was a source of invaluable knowledge and experiences that equipped him to excel in his new role. The program’s virtual and hands-on learning sessions, together with the opportunity to shadow and receive guidance from senior leaders and peers, have helped him level-up his leadership skills and prepare him to navigate the challenges of his role with confidence and agility.
