This promotion grants a one hundred percent (100%) discount on the cheapest night when booking a minimum booking of four (4) consecutive nights on Qualifying Rates on Eligible Stays at selected Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson hotels in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific ("Participating Hotels"), with the understanding that taxes are not included, and the guest is responsible for paying the applicable taxes for the complimentary night ("Offer"). 

The discount is applicable on the following retail rates: Prepaid Member Only Rates (“Qualifying Rates”). 

To be eligible for the Offer, Members (“Radisson Rewards Member”) must book the ‘Eligible Stays’ using the specific promo code during the Promotion Period and consume reservations during the Stay Period. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

An ‘Eligible Stay’ is defined as any night during the Stay Period at any Participating Properties in Europe, the Middle East and Africa booked at Eligible Rates. 

‘Eligible Stays’ must be booked between February 08,2024 and February 23, 2024 (“Booking Period”) and consumed on between June 01, 2024 and September 10, 2024 (“Stay Period”) (together, the “Promotion Period”). 

Additional conditions for satisfying the eligibility criteria for the Offer are: 

(i) have received a voucher code prior to the booking of an Eligible Stay 

(ii) be a Member  

(iii) make a booking of minimum of four (4) consecutive nights on radissonhotels.com or the mobile APP during the Booking Period for the Stay Period. 

The Offer may not be applicable during specific periods, commonly referred to as 'Blackout Dates.' These Blackout Dates denote periods when the Promotion is not valid or applicable. 

The voucher code is eligible for multiple uses throughout the Promotion Period. However, it is strictly personal and intended for individual guest bookings only. The voucher code should not be utilized for bookings on behalf of third parties and is not applicable to corporate client accounts. 

The Offer and Promotion cannot be combined with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any discounted rate. The Qualifying Rate for each night is subject to variation, and additional charges may apply for extra persons exceeding double occupancy. This offer is exclusively valid for individual bookings and is not applicable to previous reservations. 

Full payment for the Offer must be made using a credit card, e-wallet, or Alipay for the entire stay at the time of booking through the radissonhotels.com website or mobile APP. The name on the reservation must match the credit cardholder's name, and the individual who received the Offer must also be the one checking in for the stay. 

Eligible Stays booked during the Promotion Period cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking. If the Guest does not arrive on the reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit. The cancellation policy follows the policy that the Participating Properties have in place for the prepaid rates and will differ per Participating Property.      

The availability of rooms for this Offer at the Participating Property may be limited. The Offer, Participating Hotels, and/or relevant terms and conditions are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. The Offer is governed by applicable law, and any of its terms shall be rendered void or inapplicable wherever prohibited by law. Additional exclusions may also apply. 

Radisson Hotel Group and the Participating Properties are not responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate booking information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your participation in this Offer. 

The participation in the Offer is subject to the laws of the country of the Participating Hotel where the reservation for an Eligible Stay is made and the courts of such country have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any Eligible Stay or the Offer.
