A streamlined event experience

Aarhus Congress Center offers more than 2,000 square meters of fully equipped meeting, conference, and event facilities. Due to their unique flexibility, the versatile facilities can easily be adapted to individual event and capacity needs.

The center’s 1,782-square-meter main hall is equally suited for either trade fairs or exhibitions. The 600-square-meter foyer can be added to the exhibition area, upon request. Take a look at our floor plans and start planning your conference or event!

As a signature service, we also appoint a specialized personal coordinator for each event. The event coordinator will work closely together with you, throughout the planning process, the production, and the evaluation of your event. Our dedicated experts are ready to assist you with lots of creative ideas and suggestions, based on their experience covering more than 2,000 successful meetings, conferences, and events at Aarhus Congress Center and the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Aarhus every year. They coordinate everything that your event needs from audiovisual equipment to catering services, as well as hotel reservations and setting up social programs outside of the congress center for your attendees.

Banquets and parties

Host truly memorable banquets and gala dinners at Aarhus Congress Center. Our amazing grand hall, starry ceiling, stage, and dance floor can be transformed into an unforgettable evening setting for you and your guests.

The large banquet hall has historically housed everything from grand banquets to award shows. Up to 1,400 guests can comfortably dine and dance throughout the evening. We look forward to creating special events customized to your needs.

Concerts

Feel the energy with our incredible live music events! The main congress hall is transformed into a concert venue with ample space for up to 4,100 standing or dancing guests. Aarhus Congress Center is one of the city’s most popular large-scale music settings for today’s leading artists and bands to perform.

As a bonus for concert organizers, a ticket sales office is placed to the right of the center’s entrance, and guests can access the cloakroom and bathroom facilities in the foyer. Behind the stage, find VIP rooms and dressing rooms for performing artists, plus amenities for secretarial services, meetings, and props.

Conferences

The main congress hall can seat up to 1,600 attendees in a theater-style setup, up to 1,000 attendees in a classroom style, or up to 810 attendees in group seating at round tables. The hall is very flexible and can be easily adapted to the specific needs of your event.

Our skilled audiovisual equipment and interior design partners guarantee optimal solutions by utilizing the newest technology and creative setups. By including lounge areas and projected decorations on the walls, the ambiance can be enhanced to match the occasion, supported by sound and lighting technicians.

In the foyer, you will find a registration area for delegates as well as access to cloakrooms and bathrooms. In the back of the hall, find VIP rooms and flexible meeting rooms for board meetings, secretarial services, and storage. Dressing rooms for speakers and performing artists are also available.

With 1,782 square meters of space available in the main hall and 600 square meters available in the foyer, our venues are perfectly suited for exhibition stands and public areas or arenas for key note speakers, entertainment, café services, and bars.

In the lobby, you will find access to a cloakroom and bathrooms for visitors, and at the back of the hall, we offer VIP rooms and flexible meeting rooms for committee meetings, secretarial services, and storage, plus dressing rooms for speakers and performing artists.

Product launches

Present the latest products and car models in Aarhus! With product presentations and live entertainment taking place on the stages, your attendees can enjoy lunch or dinner at round tables as the action unfolds. Car launches can also be set up and displayed in the main hall.
