Terms and conditions for event space rental:

  • All counts are per room rental day.
  • Any additional on-site setups or changes will be charged at the discretion of management.
  • Meeting room charge is based on the direct ratio of food, beverage and sleeping room purchases.
  • Meetings include your choice of standard setups, clothed tables with chairs, one clothed and skirted registration table, and water stations.
  • A minimal setup fee applies.
  • Room rental may be negotiable based on sleeping room bookings and/or food and beverage arrangements.
