Situated on the lower ground level, this contemporary space can hold up to 180 people in a theater-style setup or 200 for a cocktail function. It can be divided into three sections and opens to a pre-function area.
Located on the lower ground level, this stylish meeting room can accommodate up to 80 people in a theater-style configuration. You can serve cocktails in the pre-function area and divide the Press Room into three separate sections for smaller meetings.
Sir James Fairfax room
This stunning room on the mezzanine is perfect for executive meetings, power breakfasts, or intimate dinners. Lined with heritage-listed wood panels, this room offers a uniquely inviting atmosphere. Windows overlooking O’Connell Street provide plenty of natural light, and an annex room makes it easy to serve food and beverages. The room seats up to 15 people boardroom style or up to 30 people in a theater-style setup.
Sir Warwick Fairfax rooms
Filled with natural light from windows facing the corner of Pitt, Hunter, and O’Connell streets, this impressive room is also filled with historical charm. Located on the mezzanine, the space is ideal for executive meetings or private events for up to 12 people.
Lady Fairfax room
Awash in natural light from stunning Georgian-style windows overlooking Pitt Street, the Lady Fairfax Room is available daily for private events after noon. The space can accommodate up to 70 guests for private dining and is perfect for high tea receptions, book launches, and dinner celebrations.
