Stayed at this hotel for one night whilst attending rugby at the Aviva. The location was ideal and then the staff and the food was fantastic, couldn’t fault anything really..
What a stunningly gorgeous, romantic Christmas appearance across and outside the entire hotel. Nowhere like this in Dublin in 2025. Some 20 of us went to the Talavera restaurant in St Helen's Radisson last night. The food was flawless and the staff were super professional, with special mention to Alun. They gave us the Garden Room as a private room at no extra cost. A three-course dinner (plus wine and coffee) came to €55 each, which is a fantastic price. Beforehand, as the bar was full of people - it must be the most stunningly Christmas bar in Dublin this year - the staff opened the Continuum Suite for us and lit the fire so we each had very comfortable armchairs/sofas in a quiet part of the hotel. Two minor points: they need extra staff in the bar as they had nobody to take our orders in the Continuum Suite and they lost money there. Second, the alarm issue needs to be sorted ASAP as it was disruptive. Lastly, it would be nice to see some signs in Irish/all signs bilingual across the hotel, especially as 1,000 children, whose parents live in this area, are in the field next to the hotel in Ireland's largest all-Irish language secondary school, Coláiste Eoin/Coláiste Íosagáin. That said, I will now organise more dinners and meetings in St Helen's after last night's very positive experience. Well done to everybody involved and their professionalism throughout despite clearly being under pressure with various functions. Nollaig Shona agus Athbhliain faoi mhaise daoibh go léir.
Private dining event in Le Panto Suite for a family celebration. The hard working and extremely courteous staff delivered a memorable event that was appreciated by all of the guests. Excellent work
I’ve just checked out of a two nights stay! We had booked the restaurant for our first night with the view to eating in town the second night. The food was so good in the restaurant we ended up eating there the second night also. The amazing Christmas tree and Christmas decorations made it feel so festive. The relaxing atmosphere in the bar and lobby area made for a very relaxing stay. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The selection of breakfast was superb. Overall a five star experience and would certainly recommend this hotel.
Took two children for an afternoon tea treat fir christmas. It was a frosty day out. Between the beautiful xmas decorations, open fires and wonderful staff, we had the most warmest welcome. We were gifted some crayons and books which keep us busy and then our tray of delish sambos, scones, cakes and treats arrived. The salmon sambo was my fave but the kids loved the ham and cheese. We had to take lots home as there was so much left over. Portion size is very generous and at €39 a person an absolute bargain. Thank you for a lovely visit.
