I’ve just checked out of a two nights stay! We had booked the restaurant for our first night with the view to eating in town the second night. The food was so good in the restaurant we ended up eating there the second night also. The amazing Christmas tree and Christmas decorations made it feel so festive. The relaxing atmosphere in the bar and lobby area made for a very relaxing stay. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The selection of breakfast was superb. Overall a five star experience and would certainly recommend this hotel.

"The warmest welcome"

Took two children for an afternoon tea treat fir christmas. It was a frosty day out. Between the beautiful xmas decorations, open fires and wonderful staff, we had the most warmest welcome. We were gifted some crayons and books which keep us busy and then our tray of delish sambos, scones, cakes and treats arrived. The salmon sambo was my fave but the kids loved the ham and cheese. We had to take lots home as there was so much left over. Portion size is very generous and at €39 a person an absolute bargain. Thank you for a lovely visit.

My sister and I were visiting Dublin for a few days to see her daughter studying at University College Dublin. We stayed here because it was close to UCD, and wow! We were so happy we did! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so kind and helpful. We were able to explore a bit of Dublin using the bus - which comes right outside of the hotel. Although the area is outside of the city center, it made it easy for us to explore other areas - Dun Laoghere was a favorite! Even inside the hotel, the bar and grounds were so luxurious and welcoming - just staying there was a vacation in and of itself. We also both slept in better than we ever do at home - I guess the beds were especially comfortable!

I had an amazing experience at St Helens Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel felt peaceful and private. The breakfast was delicious, and the service received throughout my stay was consistent. Overall, I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, and a memorable experience.
