Don’t give 10’s very often which explains the 9s. Good place especially for a large airport. Why Don’t European hotels put washcloths in the rooms for showers? I’ve asked this for a couple of decades and no answer.

Staff went out of their way to ensure my short stay was as nice as possible. I arrived from a long trip back from Aisa and they really took care of all my needs above what was expected

always pleasant friendly staff clean rooms , excellent breakfast buffet has everything you could need if i had to fault anything i would say limited food i.e. dinner options on room service menu but its not that big of a deal rooms always spacious and stylish very clean have stayed numerous times and will stay again

Dublin airport lacks a connected -terminal hotel but has 2 located pretty close and with shuttle -service available ( from Zone 8 outside T1…..) The Radisson is my preferred , more spacious , better bar / dining room . Also, the staff have been exceptionally nice on my 2 recent stays ( Isabel @ Reception , Pablo @ dinner and Danielle @ breakfast …..this always makes a difference !)
