The Offer 

The Offer consists of discounts at the time of booking on certain Retail Rates on Eligible Stays at select participating Radisson hotels (“Participating Hotels”). To be eligible for the Offer, Guests and Radisson Rewards Members must book the specific rate during the Booking Period and complete their stay during the Stay Period referenced below. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

How to enjoy the Offer 

Guests (“Non-Radisson Rewards Members”) and Radisson Rewards Members (“Members”) must (i) book Eligible Stays during the Booking Period via Radissonhotels.com or in the mobile application and (ii) complete such stays during the Stay Period. 

Definitions 

“Eligible Stay” refers to any stay including all nights of the week at any Participating Hotel in Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. 

The “second Eligible Stay” refers to the second stay completed by the Member during the Stay Period. 

“Booking Period” refers to the time period from April 30, 2026 to May 28, 2026, both dates inclusive. 

“Stay Period” refers to the time period from July 1, 2026 to September 10, 2026, both dates inclusive. 

“Presale Period” refers to the time period from April 30, 2026 to May 6, 2026, both dates inclusive when the Offer will only be available to be booked by Members. 

“Public Sale Period” refers to the time period from May 7, 2026 to May 28, 2026, both dates inclusive when the Offer will be available to be booked by Members and Guests.

“Promotion Period” refers to the Booking Period and Stay Period. 

“Retail Rate” is defined as the non-qualified retail rate loaded by Participating Hotels and generally publicly available for online booking by individual guests. Retail Rates vary by hotel, are subject to change, and may be different each night of the Eligible Stay. Retail Rates do not include promotional rates, non-public rates, rates that require membership, special access or unique codes that are offered by the Participating Hotel. The Retail Rate excludes incidental charges (e.g. resort fees, room service and room entertainment). Additional taxes and surcharges may apply. Total estimated Retail Rate is only available in the Participating Hotel's local currency.

A. Terms and Conditions 

Offer Discounts, Benefits 

Under the Offer, Members and Guests will receive the following, subject to availability: 

1. During the Presale Period, Members are eligible for a discount of up to 35% on the Retail Rate at the Participating Hotels; 

2. During the Public Sale Period, Guests and Members may receive a discount of up to 23.5% on the Retail Rate at the Participating Hotels; 

3. During the Public Sale Period, Members may receive an additional discount of up to 15% in addition to the discount offered in item 2 above. 

Members will earn three thousand (3,000) Radisson Rewards bonus points per Eligible Stay at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. 

Members will earn six thousand (6,000) Radisson Rewards bonus points for their second Eligible Stay completed during the Promotion Period. 

To qualify for the 6,000 bonus points, the second Eligible Stay must be booked during the Booking Period (April 30, 2026 to May 28, 2026, inclusive) and completed during the Stay Period (July 1, 2026 to September 10, 2026, inclusive). 

Only one bonus of six thousand (6,000) points will be awarded per Member under this Promotion. The 6,000 bonus points for the second Eligible Stay are awarded in place of, and not in addition to, the standard 3,000 bonus points for that stay. 

Back-to-back stays (i.e. consecutive stays at the same Participating Hotel with no break between check-out and check-in) will be considered as one single Eligible Stay for the purpose of this Promotion. Multiple bookings at the same Participating Hotel with consecutive dates under the same Member name will be treated as one single Eligible Stay, regardless of separate reservations. 

The Member must be the primary guest and must complete the stay to be eligible for bonus points. 

Radisson reserves the right to disqualify any Member suspected of abusing the Promotion, including but not limited to manipulating bookings or stays to earn additional bonus points. 

By participating in the Radisson Rewards “3000 bonus points in the next Eligible Stay for Members” and “6000 bonus points in the second Eligible Stay for Members” (collectively, the “Promotion”), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions. 

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must: (i) be a Member; (ii) all prepaid bookings for Members during the Presale Period via web or app must be made between April 30, 2026 to May 6, 2026; (iii) all prepaid bookings for Members during the Public Sale Period via web or app must be made between May 7, 2026 to May 28, 2026; and (iv) the Eligible Stays must be completed between July 1, 2026 to September 10, 2026. 

Bookings made through third-party websites or channels will not qualify for this Promotion.

Points will be awarded to accounts within sixty (60) days after the Eligible Stay. Bonus points are in addition to the standard points per U.S. dollar issued based on the standard tier proposition. Only one Radisson Rewards account may accrue points for each booking and the Promotion is applicable to individual accounts only. 

The Offer is only valid at participating Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Radisson, Park Inn by Radisson, Country Inn & Suites, Park Plaza hotels, Prize by Radisson, art'otel and Radisson Individuals in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Participating Hotels are subject to change at any time without notice, and the number of rooms available for this Offer may be limited and may vary by hotel. 

The Offer cannot be combined with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate. 

The Retail Rate for each night may vary and extra person charges may apply if exceeding double occupancy. Only valid for individual bookings. Not valid on previous reservations. The reservation requires payment at the time of reservation with a valid credit card. 

To avail the Offer, Guests and Members are required to make payment in full by credit card, e-wallet or Alipay for the entire stay at the time of booking. The name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name, and the same individual must check in for the stay. 

Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking. If you do not arrive on the reservation date, your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit. The Offer may vary by hotel, is subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply. The Offer and/or its terms may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice and is subject to applicable law. 

Radisson is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate booking information, or other errors of any kind that may affect participation in this Offer.
