A. Overview

The Offer.-

The Offer consists of discounts at the time of booking on certain Retail Rates on Eligible Stays at select participating Radisson hotels (“Participating Hotels”) . To be eligible for The Offer, Radisson Rewards Members must book the specific rate during the Booking Period and consume reservations during the Stay Period referenced below. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

How to enjoy the Offer.

Radisson Rewards Members (“Members”) must (i) book Eligible Stays during the Booking Period via Radissonhotels.com or in the mobile application and (ii) consume such reservations during the Stay Period. By participating in the Offer, Members agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

“Eligible Stay” refers to any stay at a Participating Hotel in Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa that meets the minimum length of stay required under the Offer. Eligible Stays must be booked during the Booking Period and consumed during the Stay Period. 

“Booking Period” refers to the time period from July 17, 2025 to August 11, 2025, both dates inclusive.

“Stay Period” refers to the time period from October 27, 2025 to February 28, 2026, both dates inclusive.

“Promotion Period” refers to Booking Period and Stay Period.

“Retail Rate” is defined as the non-qualified retail rate loaded by Participating Hotels and generally publicly available for online booking by individual guests. Retail Rates vary by hotel, are subject to change, and may be different each night of the Eligible Stay. Retail Rates do not include promotional rates, non-public rates, rates that require membership, special access or unique codes that are offered by the Participating Hotel. The Retail Rate excludes incidental charges (e.g. resort fees, room service and room entertainment). Additional taxes and surcharges may apply. Total estimated Retail Rate is only available in the Participating Hotel's local currency.

B. Terms and Conditions

Offer Discounts, Benefits.

Under the Offer, Members will receive the following, subject to availability:

1. Members are eligible for a discount of up to 25% on the Retail Rate at the Participating Hotels when booking 3 or 4 nights.

2. Members are eligible for a discount of up to 35% on the Retail Rate at the Participating Hotels when booking 5 nights or more.

Members will earn two thousand (2,000) Radisson Rewards bonus points per stay based on Eligible Stay at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. 

By participating in the Radisson Rewards “2000 bonus points in the next Eligible stay for Members” (“Promotion”) for Members, you acknowledge, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must: (i) Be a Member; (ii) All Prepaid Bookings for Members during the Booking Period via web or app must be made between July 17,2025 and August 11, 2025 (iii) The Eligible Stays for the Booking Period must be completed between October 27, 2025, and February 28, 2026.

Points will be awarded to accounts within sixty (60) days after the Eligible Stay. Bonus points are in addition to the standard points per U.S. dollar issued based on the standard tier proposition. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must be a member of Radisson Rewards and book on Radissonhotels.com. Only one Radisson Rewards account may accrue points for each booking and the Promotion is applicable to individual accounts only.

The Offer is only valid at participating Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Radisson, Park Inn by Radisson, Country Inn & Suites, Park Plaza hotels, Prize by Radisson, art'otel and Radisson Individuals in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Participating Hotels are subject to change at any time without notice, and the number of rooms available for this offer may be limited and may vary by hotel.

The Offer cannot be combined with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate. At the discretion of the Participating Hotel (as outlined in its Terms & Conditions), Members may also be eligible to participate in additional Radisson Rewards promotions running concurrently with this Offer.

The Retail Rate for each night may vary and extra person charges may apply if exceeding double occupancy. Only valid for individual bookings. Not valid on previous reservations. The reservation requires payment at the time of reservation with a valid credit card.

To avail the Offer, Members are required to make payment in full by credit card, e-wallet or Alipay for the entire stay at the time of booking. The name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name, and the same individual must check in for the stay.

Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking. If you do not arrive on the reservation date, your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit. The cancellation policy follows the policy that the hotels have in place for the Prepaid Rates and will differ by hotel.

The Offer may vary by hotel, and are subject to change, and may be different each night of stay. The Offer may be changed or discounted at any time. The Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The number of rooms available for this Offer at Participating Hotels may be limited. The Offer, the Participating Hotels and/or the applicable terms and conditions may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Offer is subject to applicable law and the Offer and any of its terms shall be void or not applicable where prohibited by applicable law. Other exclusions may apply.

Radisson is not responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate booking information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your participation in this Offer.
