The twin tower development consists of an apartment building and hotel. The ground floor area is used as a shopping mall and is contributing to the Umm Al-Qura district of Makkah fast urbanization of the outer ring of the city. The hotel and shopping mall scheme for Umm Al-Qura was developed as a new urban landscape, echoing the shape of the mountains and hills of the pilgrimage city. The undulations of the podium roof define the entry points in two locations, at the front and the back.
