Radisson Hotel Group often work with schools and non-profit organizations to offer trainee positions and job experience opportunities for young people, including at-risk-youth and other vulnerable members of society. By giving career opportunities to vulnerable young people, the company gains new, youthful, and dynamic colleagues.
Through the Youth employment program of the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance we give disadvantaged young people the chance to learn a range of skills across a variety of departments. Success rates are impressive: 85% of the program’s graduates get a job at Radisson Hotel Group or another company or they go on to continue their education.
