Radisson Hotel Group gears up to support family adventures with the roll out of Rad Family program

Radisson Hotel Group is proud to announce the roll out of its bespoke Rad Family kids’ program. Following a successful launch in 2019, Radisson Hotel Group's family offering - Rad Family - continues to attract families with great offerings throughout all stages of the guest journey from booking to arriving back home and re-living their memories with Radisson Hotels. Since 2019, internal performance data has shown a significant increase in bookings with children in 2022 across EMEA, driving the roll out of the Rad Family program now to more than 100 hotels and more to come. At Radisson Hotels, we are always ready for a family adventure. Across our family-focused properties, families will enjoy the perks of the Rad Family kids’ program, where each guest is welcomed with personalized service and amenities. Upon arrival, kids receive a welcome gift (soft ball, snap bracelet or a Lumi plush toy), drink voucher and a welcome pack with specially designed gifts, including a booklet filled with quizzes and activities, as well as a passport where kids can collect stamps from different parts of the hotel, and get creative with a colorful box of stickers and crayons. At breakfast, the Kid’s Corner includes a selection of parent-approved healthy comfort food to suit every palate, kids’ tableware, as well as crayons and a placemat to let their imagination run wild and kickstart the adventures for the day ahead. In the Family Rooms, complimentary kids’ bath products for children up to 4 years old, including hypoallergenic products, are available to make traveling as a family that little bit easier. Cribs for little ones can also be booked at all participating hotels without any additional cost, and children under 12 stay for free when sharing the room with their parents. “Since the launch of “Rad Family” in 2019, this year internal data performance has shown an exponential rise of 70% in kids and family staying in our properties in EMEA. Families are choosing our kid-friendly properties as they know our “Rad Family” offering will ensure they all have a wonderful time on their vacation. If the kids are happy, excited, and engaged, the whole family will have a wonderful experience, and this is why more and more properties in our portfolio are incorporating the “Rad Family” program as part of their offering,” says Cristina Serra, SVP Global Brand, Experience & Customer Strategy. To support the Rad Family roll out in the UK specifically, Radisson Hotel Group partnered with Universal Pictures to celebrate the release of the highly anticipated DreamWorks film Puss In Boots: The Last Wish, starring Academy Award® nominee Antonio Banderas, Oscar® nominee Salma Hayek Pinault, Oscar® winner Olivia Colman, and Ray Winstone (Black Widow). Radisson Hotel Group opens first Radisson Individuals hotel in Paris

Radisson Hotel Group announces the opening of Hotel YAC Paris Clichy, a member of Radisson Individuals, the Group’s first Radisson Individuals property in Paris, located in the leafy suburbs of the city of lights. Following extensive construction works, the hotel welcomes guests with its magnificent rooftop, lush garden, beautiful patio, as well as renovated guest rooms and an indoor swimming pool, all within a short walk of the Seine and the Clichy Bridge.   Hotel YAC Paris Clichy, a member of Radisson Individuals is ideally located in the northwestern suburb of Clichy, one of the most prominent business and corporate hubs in Paris and home to the headquarters of several large companies such as Amazon France, L’Oréal International, Bic, one of the biggest pen producers in the world, and Monoprix, a major French retail chain. Downtown Paris can be easily reached via a short metro or bus ride.  The hotel offers 75 stylish guest rooms featuring striking wooden floors, decorated with soothing, neutral white tones and accented with light green, yellow, and blue colors. Superior Rooms with terraces are bathed in sunlight, with wonderful views over the rooftops, while the onsite restaurant offers delicious food, and room service is   available for all rooms. Upon entering the hotel, guests will discover its wonderful garden, where they can enjoy a creamy café au lait and croissant or a delicious cocktail. The hotel’s facilities include a well-equipped fitness center, as well as an indoor pool and sauna to recharge and energize.    “We are thrilled to open our first Radisson Individuals in the beautiful suburbs of Paris, marking our 16th hotel in France. The aim is for guests to have the best possible experience when visiting the hotel”, explains owner, Jeremy Almouzni. Later this year, the hotel will open a modern meeting room which can host up to 50 guests and will be perfect for workshops, meetings, and private events. The meeting facilities will boast videoconferencing technology, LED/LCD projector, and catering services, making it ideal for big and small meetings and events. The rooftop and patio spaces are also available for private events.

Following its unparalleled success in 2022, Radisson Hotel Group reinforces its commitment to revenue management innovation with the addition of two new expert teams in APAC, harnessing as such the Group’s position as a global player in hospitality revenue management. 2022 was a year of unparalleled success for The Club of Revenue Management by Radisson Hotel Group (The Club). The Club team received the prestigious HSMAI award for “Revenue Management Team of the year”, an award that recognizes innovation spirit, the disruptive use of technology, focus on talent development, and outstanding results outperforming the rest of the market. The Club’s commitment to total revenue management was also reflected in new developments in RevPlan, Radisson Hotel Group’s automated system for forecasting across all revenue streams developed by IDeaS, as well as in strategic partnerships that enable teams to benefit from dynamic F&B pricing.
