Each has its own charms, but the main attraction has to be Matbordet. Translating as 'The Dining Table', up to ten guests can sit and dine together, with different events each night of the week. Radical Cooking on Mondays and Tuesdays provides the most unique option, challenging the chef to create a brand new dish in less than an hour.

Another Michelin-starred restaurant with a strong focus on utilising regional sources, is Oaxen Krog. Even the tableware is locally produced at the shipyard of Djurgarden. The 10-course tasting menu here mixes the finest flavours from land and sea, with the black garlic, apple and beet-seasoned crab porridge is a truly exceptional delight for your fine dining in Stockholm.
