Once you've toured the MAMAC, then head to the Matisse Museum, located in the middle of the olive grove of the Cimiez Park, where the annual May Festival takes place. Opened in 1963, the museum primarily displays works of art created by Henri Matisse, tracing his artistic beginnings to the evolution of his aesthetic design. Before you head to the famous Promenade des Anglais, make sure you take a little detour to the Marc Chagall Museum, founded in 1973 with the aim of showing his works of art inspired by religion.

Old Town Temptations
