By the time you reach Neos, you might not question the faux star-studded ceiling that greets you. You'll have a brief stopover on the 61st floor (a second elevator is necessary to ascend the two remaining storeys) before being greeted by bar staff in evening wear. Dress to match the art deco interiors, and book a table beside one of the floor-to-ceiling picture windows - looking down at the Dubai Fountain light show is particularly spectacular.
