Radisson Hotel Group Update on Cage-Free Eggs Commitment

Brussels - 18 February 2026

Since its initial commitment in 2019, Radisson Hotel Group remains committed to transparency and accuracy in reporting its progress on the Group’s transition towards cage-free egg sourcing globally.

Radisson Hotel Group has a long history of responsible business stewardship, with ethical business practices at the core of its company culture. Through its Think People, Think Community, and Think Planet pillars, the Group prioritizes the welfare of animals raised for food, and promotes the ethical sourcing of ingredients, including cage-free eggs across its more than 1,600-property portfolio.

Operating an owner-centric business across a diverse global footprint, with varying regulatory and sourcing frameworks, the Group remains committed to progressing toward cage-free egg sourcing (shell, liquid, and egg products) across its worldwide portfolio. This is aligned to the company’s successful implementation of its Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines terms of procurement across human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption standards. The Group says that switching to cage-free egg supplies on a global scale is a significant time and commercial investment, one that will benefit the lives of hens and ensure the welfare of animals raised for food remains a high priority.

Radisson Hotel Group is a member of the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance (WSHA) and is an active participant in the WSHA’s joint industry response to the transition to cage-free eggs. In addition to supporting this industry research to find viable solutions, the Group updates its global sustainability KPIs and results annually in its Responsible Business Report or more frequently when relevant. The next update will be available at the end of April 2026, and will include ongoing actions, further plans, and its current cage-free egg status.

As part of its cage-free eggs commitment, Radisson Hotel Group provides its hotels with educational materials and cage-free directories for procurement purposes, where available. For the latest updates on the Group’s progress, please visit the Responsible Business page at radissonhotels.com.
