She is Secretary to the Board of Radisson Hospitality AB and has worked on multiple global projects, including various global refinancing plans, in close cooperation with our shareholders.
A Belgian national, Erauw previously served as Vice President Legal and Deputy Chief Privacy Officer EAME at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. and Marriott International for 12 years, where her responsibilities included supporting development, operations, and asset management, and advising on data privacy matters. Prior to moving in-house, she was an Associate at Clearly Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in Brussels, Belgium where she worked on multiple cross-border transactions and gained experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions, banking, and finance.
Erauw earned her master’s degree in law at the University of Ghent, Belgium, and also holds a Masters in Corporate Law from New York University, School of Law. She is fluent in English, Dutch and French and is a member of the Institute of Belgian legal counsels and Guberna.
