Our stay had a rocky start, but thanks to the staff’s incredible response, it ended on a high note. While there were initial issues with communication and restaurant service, the team especially Ksenija went above and beyond to make things right. The highlight was our final dinner. We order from the à la carte menu, and the food was absolutely delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked, the flavors were fresh and well-balanced, and the dessert was just the right touch to finish the meal. Every course was beautifully presented, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Ksenija handled everything with care and professionalism, and her personal attention really made a difference. It’s rare to see this kind of genuine effort to ensure a guest leaves happy.
