The city center of Tallinn offers an enticing mix of modern and medieval activity just outside the doors of Radisson Blu. Within 300 meters of the hotel, you'll find the perfect souvenirs and gifts at Stockmann and Solaris shopping centers. Walk a little further to explore Tallinn's famous Old Town, where you'll see churches, merchant houses and barns that date back to the Middle Ages along the original cobblestone streets. For a little more culture, visit the Kumu Art Museum or see a performance at the Estonia National Opera.
Of the three Baltic countries lying south of Finland, Estonia is the furthest north. Thanks to its geographic location which intersects with major historic trade routes by sea and land, Estonia has developed a cosmopolitan culture with a mix of German, Russian, and Scandinavian influences.
