For board meetings up to 14 people where you want more closed surroundings, we can offer meeting rooms adapted to such a forum. Located in a separate section of the hotel with views over the Oslo Airport grounds, our meeting rooms include Nespresso coffee machines and breakout meals served in the meeting room. There is also a lounge area that can be used for group work, workshops or as a place to relax and unwind between sessions.
Flexible, medium-size meeting rooms
Our flexible rooms Odin, Tor, Frøya, Embla, Brage, and Frigg & Trym are tailor-made for meetings spanning from 16 to 200 meeting delegates.
Flexible and versatile space, including the option of theater- or u-shape-style seating, makes these meeting rooms ideal for smaller or large gatherings.

The building has a highly specialized energy system—making the venue greener than green. An advanced data system is set to control all heating and cooling. The system calculates how much airflow is needed for a set temperature based on the number of meeting delegates, as well as how much energy will be required by the facility in the coming hours.
