Newly renovated conference facilities adjacent to Oslo Airport
Meetings & Events facilities
A total of 14 boardrooms can be found on the ground floor in our meeting and events department, suited for meetings with 6 to 12 people. The meeting rooms are located close to the conference reception desk and breakout snacks are available throughout the day.
For board meetings up to 14 people where you want more closed surroundings, we can offer meeting rooms adapted to such a forum. Located in a separate section of the hotel with views over the Oslo Airport grounds, our meeting rooms include Nespresso coffee machines and breakout meals served in the meeting room. There is also a lounge area that can be used for group work, workshops or as a place to relax and unwind between sessions.
Flexible, medium-size meeting rooms
Our flexible rooms Odin, Tor, Frøya, Balder, Embla, Brage, and Frigg & Trym are tailor made for meetings spanning from 16 to 200 meeting delegates.
Flexible and versatile space, including the option of theater- or banquet-style seating, makes these meeting rooms ideal for smaller or large gatherings.

ActionTrack is a fun and engaging activity that challenges teams via smartphones on an outdoor course.
Every checkpoint consists of a quiz or an activity that the team must execute before they are sent to the next post. Points for execution are updated continuously via the ActionTrack smartphone. If needed, the teams can communicate with the game master via the phone.
Into the wilderness
Visit the SAS Museum for a look at how Scandinavian civil aviation has developed over the last 60 years.
Explore an exhibition of all the uniforms from those of pilots to cabin crew members to station managers. In addition, all SAS aircraft models from past to present are displayed as models. The museum also has its own aircraft cabin with the Boeing 767 business seats and a flight simulator.
Designed and built to provide maximum flexibility, high-tech solutions are an integral part of the experience at Radisson Blu Airport Hotel, Oslo. The meetings spaces offer solutions adaptable to meet the needs of your event.
The building has a highly specialized energy system—making the venue greener than green. An advanced data system is set to control all heating and cooling. The system calculates how much airflow is needed for a set temperature based on the number of meeting delegates, as well as how much energy will be required by the facility in the coming hours.
