Meeting rooms at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel are perfect for seamless events. Situated on the ground floor and covering about 2,100 square meters, the 21 fully adaptable meeting and event rooms offer the perfect environment for a successful and memorable meeting. All the rooms provide air-conditioning, free high-speed wireless internet access and the latest audiovisual equipment. Our conference space also includes a fully equipped business center. The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel is the largest conference hotel in the city center of Bergen. 

Kongesalen

The Norwegian name Kongesalen means "the hall of the king," which reflects the size and majestic atmosphere of this room. Kongesalen seats up to 750 people in cinema style, 500 in classroom style, and 530 in banquet style. The largest conference room in a hotel in the center of Bergen, it can also be divided into four conference rooms of the same size or into three or two rooms of different sizes.

Dræggen 1, 2, 5, 6 and Forstuen

Dræggen 1, 2, 5, and 6 as well as Forstuen are perfect rooms for smaller meetings, courses, interviews, showrooms, or secretarial work. The rooms are suitable for up to 24 people, most of them with natural daylight and all with state-of-the-art technical equipment.

Dræggen 3, 4, 7, 8 and Bugaarden

These five wonderful and modern conference rooms have each a capacity of 80 people in theater style or 60 people in a classroom setting. Bugaarden fits 50 people in theater style and is also perfect as a backstage room for events. All rooms have natural daylight, adjustable lighting, and setup flexibility.

This space spans a total of 725 square meters for exhibitions and coffee breaks. Our largest breakout area with 496 square meters, Gågaten i Dræggen, features a beautiful glass ceiling that provides the perfect atmosphere.
