Kolbe-AV Technology Ltd is the hotel’s dedicated in-house audiovisual partner, bringing more than 20 years of global AV experience and over 15 years of supporting events at the hotel. Having designed and installed many of the hotel’s AV systems, the team combines in-depth knowledge of the venue with expert technical planning, creative production, and dependable on-site support.

Discovery and pre-function
Discovery features three high-definition, high-brightness NEC laser projectors, delivering sharp, vibrant and detailed imagery. The flexible system can be configured in landscape with three individual screens, each measuring 2 meters by 3 meters, creating an impressive panoramic presentation experience. Alternatively, the portrait configuration uses one large-format screen measuring 5 meters by 3.3 meters, ideal for branding, digital content, live feeds and high-impact presentations.
Premium Bose audio
Discovery features a professional Bose audio system comprising 25 Bose DesignMax ceiling loudspeakers, 8 Bose Panaray powered beam-steering array loudspeakers and 4 Bose DesignMax subwoofers. This provides rich, natural audio and excellent speech intelligibility, ensuring presentations, announcements, music and multimedia content are delivered clearly throughout the space.
Wireless microphones
The Discovery AV package also includes a professional Sennheiser digital wireless microphone system, with **six handheld microphones and six bodypack microphones**, providing flexible options for presenters, speakers, hosts and performers.
Wireless content sharing
Barco ClickShare enables presenters to share presentations, videos, documents and other content wirelessly from compatible devices. HDMI connectivity is also available for reliable wired connections.
Simple iPad control
The complete audiovisual system can be controlled wirelessly using an Apple iPad, providing an intuitive interface for managing the room’s AV technology.
Atlantis Suite
Atlantis features high-definition laser projection, delivering bright, clear images with vibrant colour and excellent detail, even in well-lit environments.
A large 3 meters by 2 meters, 16:10 projection screen provides excellent visibility throughout the room, making Atlantis ideal for conferences, presentations, training sessions and corporate events.
High-speed Wi-Fi, Barco wireless presentation technology and HDMI connectivity provide flexible options for sharing and presenting content from a range of devices.
Bleriot Suite
Bleriot offers high-definition laser projection with a large 3 meters by 2 meters, 16:10 projection screen, providing clear and engaging visuals throughout the room.
High-speed Wi-Fi, Barco wireless presentation technology and HDMI connectivity make it simple for presenters to share content wirelessly or connect directly for a reliable wired presentation.
The room is ideally suited to conferences, presentations, training sessions and corporate events.
Standard AV Technology across smaller meeting rooms and suites
Each meeting space is equipped with professional audiovisual technology designed to support presentations, conferences, training sessions and collaborative events. Standard facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, high-resolution projection or 4K digital displays, Barco ClickShare wireless presentation technology, device connectivity adapters, moderator equipment, Bluetooth table speakers, flipcharts and presentation materials, with technical support available on request.
