I was travelling early morning to Heathrow airport. The hotel is well located and partners with a shuttle company who were excellent. The hotel facilities are clean and well maintained and the swimming pool was a welcome extra. Excellent value for money. We had a particular dining query and the customer service team member was extremely helpful and we were most impressed with her customer service skills and assistance.

Cannot fault, easy check in and out. Location right next to Heathrow (we had a very early flight the next day) which was reason for our stay. Parking was rather tight for a suv and many people just dumped cars anywhere which made it hard to manoeuvre. Staff were incredible and so helpful! Would 10000% recommend

I stayed overnight before flying out from Heathrow, having booked to leave my car there. The hotel was smart and clean, the staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful. My room was superbly clean, comfortable, with a nice bathroom. My dinner was excellent, as was the service

We had an excellent experience thanks to Catrinel at the front desk. She kindly upgraded our room, greeted us with a smile throughout, and was incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. Her warm attitude and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. She truly went above and beyond, and she is a real asset to the hotel. Thank you, Catrinel, for making our stay so special.

Thanks for the help and with help when I got there I had turned up I had to stay because of a flight delayed the hotel was a pleasant stay
