We had an excellent experience thanks to Catrinel at the front desk. She kindly upgraded our room, greeted us with a smile throughout, and was incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. Her warm attitude and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. She truly went above and beyond, and she is a real asset to the hotel. Thank you, Catrinel, for making our stay so special.
Thanks for the help and with help when I got there I had turned up I had to stay because of a flight delayed the hotel was a pleasant stay
Airport Hotels are sometimes hit and miss. Around Heathrow there are many ranging from budget (though not that cheap) to fancy with all the ‘bells and whistles’ amenities. The Radisson is, in fact, two hotels occupying the same building - Radisson Red (little bit fancier) than its sister, Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre. In the latter, the rooms are fine. Nothing elaborate, but very comfortable. You’re met by a very helpful and understanding staff and attended to quickly. Both Red & Hotel share a restaurant, gym and swimming pool and they always beat all the other hotel possibilities on price. If you choose the breakfast rate, you can share in an amazing buffet setting you up for the day. Radisson is well worth a stay.
An overnight stay before a flight to Chicago , what an impressive lovely hotel , was met by catrinel who was just the loveliest person ever and so helpful , she even upgraded our room at no extra charge , room was clean spacious and modern , comfortable bed and lovely shower . Would most defo stay again
This was an ideal Hotel to stay before our 2pm flight the next day for a family of 7 including 3 very young children. Reception staff were brilliant, made you feel welcome. Rooms were very comfortable, ideal after suffering a 7 hour drive from Devon. Made use of the swimming pool as well. Did not make use of the restaurant or Breakfast. Arranged for a taxi for the short trip to LHR. Ideal location before your flight out or when you return
