Make your business meetings a pleasure with our 21 versatile meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 180 people. Our facilities have breakout rooms for impromptu meetings, and each room has individual climate control, adjustable lighting, state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, natural daylight and of course free Wi-Fi. 

Our parking space provides direct access to the 8th floor, and the lifts located just opposite the parking lot entrance bring guests down to the 7th floor. You'll be welcomed at the Business Center by our professional event staff who are dedicated to aiding your meeting experience from start to finish. 

Our on-site conference coordinator can help you decide how to best use your space, how to adjust equipment for your presentations and video conferencing and how to make your event a success.

Ballroom for large events

An excellent choice for lavish gatherings or large conferences, the ballroom can host up to 550 delegates theater style and up to 600 guests for a cocktail reception. It offers 800 square meters of space that can be divided into sections or used as a whole. A 4.5-meter ceiling, adjustable lighting, state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and natural daylight are only a few benefits this beautiful ballroom provides. 

The ballroom can accommodate up to 550 delegates in theater style and up to 800 for cocktail receptions. The ballroom sits on the 1st floor and is accessible by staircase or lift. Our foyer and entrance hall with a spectacular wine tower can be used for catering or as an exhibition area.

The ballroom is equipped with a projector, screen and toolbox. We offer room rentals and daily delegate rates.

Boardrooms for up to 20 delegates

Located on the top floor of the hotel, we have 27 individually designed boardrooms at your disposal. As Zurich’s premier meeting hotel, we’re proud to offer free high-speed Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art audiovisual technology to enhance presentations.

From our parking spaces in P1, you can access the eighth floor and its meetings reception area directly via a walkway. Here, you’ll be welcomed by our professional event staff dedicated to enhance your meeting experience from start to finish.

- Boardrooms in different sizes (for 6, 8, 10, or 12 delegates)
- Four meeting rooms with a u-shape setup and a private pre-zone each (for up to 20 delegates)

All of our meeting and boardrooms are available by the hour with a minimum rent-period of 2 hours. The hourly package includes standard audio-visual equipment (including a projector, screen, flip chart, and toolbox), a mini bar with non-alcoholic beverages and a Nespresso® coffee machine.

The terraces and lounges on the eighth floor serve as ideal places to relax, network, or just enjoy incredible views over the airport and the surroundings. Benefit all day from select complimentary drinks as well as fresh seasonal fruit and snacks.

How it works

To start your membership, we'll sign an individual contract: you'll find the membership application for download below. The Blu Executive annual fee of CHF 500 is a pure membership fee, giving you access to the exclusive benefits. It can't be paid out or credited to cover other services. All services are available upon request and availability for up to 20 meeting delegates. To claim Blu Executive benefits during your booking, simply state the membership number you receive from us, together with your company name.

To ensure all technical aspects of your meeting run smoothly, Radisson Blu has partnered with KFP to supply in-house tech support. All meeting rooms at Zürich Airport come with a media specialist from KFP to set up all equipment and provide audiovisual assistance and support.
