Choosing the right space

Nothing is locked to a single layout. Spaces can be sectioned off, so the setting is chosen around your guest count rather than the other way around.

  • For a seated dinner or an awards night, the conference halls take a full banquet layout.
  • For a reception that flows into dinner, the multipurpose space carries both without moving everyone to another room.
  • For a main-stage moment, the congress hall opens to its largest configuration.
  • For something smaller and private, the meeting rooms on the second and third floors work well.

Menus, and what to confirm early

Catering runs from light snacks through buffets to menus written for your event. Seated dining moves to The Lounge Bar & Restaurant, which takes up to 210 guests and sets aside private areas for smaller groups within the evening.

Worth confirming early:

  • Dietary needs, since menus are adapted for allergies and preferences when we know in advance.
  • Timing, so service lands between the speeches rather than across them.
  • How formal the evening should feel, which shapes the format more than the menu does.
