I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I immediately felt valued as a guest. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The hotel atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, making it easy to unwind. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service. The staff were always helpful, polite, and ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent customer service. I will definitely return in the future!

Hotel was decent for the price we paid. Rooms were comfy and had what we needed, the hotel staff was friendly and it was all clean! The hotel is ideal for commuters, we were staying as tourists for the weekend, it was ok in terms of location but you could get better. However that isn't the hotels fault. Overall happy with the hotel and would recommend if you needed a base or a hotel ideally located for the train / metro or bus station!

The hotel is stylish with an elegant touch. You're just a few steps away from a Central Station annex that leads you indoor to the Airport Arlanda Express, buses and the Metro. And with several attractions being at walkable distance the hotel could not be more conveniently located... From our premium room on floor 14 we had a wonderful panoramic view of the City Hall, the bay and the Old Town. You'll find high-quality materials, parquet floor, a comfortable bed with a firm mattress, coffered wood paneling coloured in the typical Swedish dove blue, framed black and white prints of Stockholm, a slate bathroom with a rain shower (regrettably in the tub), a good hair dryer and sufficient space for your private toiletries . We were happy with the varied selection offered at the breakfast buffet - my favourites had been the warm croissants the salmon and a particularly tasty sesame knäckebröd. The staff was friendly and efficient. What I disliked was the open wardrobe (a "Zeitgeist" thing not popular with me) and (on two nights) a muffled techno sound that may have been attributable to an event in the adjacent Congress Center. When booking a waterfront premium room my advice is to choose a room in the right half of the wing (room number xx15 and up) in order not to have the CC roof impair the beautiful waterfront view...
