Firstly, the service upon arrival was very welcoming. Then I had trouble opening my suitcase and contacted reception, who came to my room and resolved the problem. Very attentive and helpful.

Perfect location, great service. A good base for visitors to Stockholm. I would like to go back there, holidays are always too short.

The place is centrally located and is a modern perfectly cleaned hotel. The one thing it makes it even better is the staff and Gigi in particular!! It was a wonderful experience and a great surprise!!!

A brilliant local location to stay for a visit to Stockholm - near to the station and centre, easy to get around. The hotel itself, excellent service & food/drink in the restaurant and bar.

The location of this hotel is terrific as it is adjacent to the railway station should you arrive or depart by rail, and the station itself gives easy entry to the city. It's a very smart railway station by the way and a delight to walk through. The amusing thing about the Radisson Blu Waterfront hotel is that it has a bank of self-check-in and self-check-out terminals which no-one ever uses, and only two actual receptionists and there is often a queue for them. Some brave souls try to use the terminals, but all give up.
