With a unique view over the harbor, the old town and the Warnow River, you can enjoy an extraordinary event ambiance in the Panorama 1-3 event rooms. Whether you're having a banquet, an interactive conference or a presentation, these 3 stylish event rooms equipped with state-of-the-art conference technology such as Apple Airplay are ideally suited to a wide range of events. The rooms have an area of 82 , 132 and 146 square meters and offer space for up to 157 people depending on the room. The large window frontage provides plenty of natural daylight and have direct access to the lounge-like panorama deck rooftop terraces – perfect for creative brainstorming, relaxed open-air coffee breaks and stylish stand-up receptions.
7th floor panorama deck: Panorama Lounge & Foyer Breakout Areas
More space for creative meetings? You'll find it in our flexible foyer on the 7th floor. For creative thinking with an inspiring view over the rooftops of the city, our Panorama Lounge is your ideal location. 1st floor: Ostseesaal 1 & 2
Clear the stage for the ballroom! The two multifunctional event rooms Ostseesaal 1 & 2 are located on the 1st events floor and have an area of 390 square meters for up to 750 persons. They boast state-of-the-art conference technology and an elegant ambiance. When combined, they become the Ostseesaal, the grandest event area in the hotel with an imposing ceiling height of 6.3 meters.
1st floor: Conference foyer
Located on the 1st floor, the conference foyer will inspire your guests with its light-flooded ambiance. The large panorama window frontage offers a beautiful view over the Hanseatic city. With its impressive size of 200 square meters, the foyer is perfectly suited to guest registrations, exhibitions, product presentations and cocktail receptions for up to 200 people and relaxed coffee breaks.
1st floor: Warnowblick 2
Warnowblick 2 is located in a beautiful corner of the conference floor on the 1st floor and has an area of 58 square meters. It is ideal as seminar, group or large conference room. In this way, up to 30 people can be accommodated in banquet seating and 20 people in block seating. Some of the facilities include state-of-the-art conference technology, air conditioning, and daylight panorama windows.
1st floor: Warnowblick 3 & 4
Directly next door are the multifunctional event rooms Warnow View 3 & 4. With an area of 34 square meters each, they are slightly larger and can accommodate up to 20 people in banquet or theater seating. When necessary, the partition walls can be removed and the rooms brought together to form a spacious area of 68 square meters. Natural daylight, air conditioning and state-of-the-art conference technology ensure a perfect venue for conferences and seminars for up to 40 people.
1st floor: Warnowblick 5 & 7
The 2 versatile meeting rooms Warnow View 5 & 7 have an area of 48 and 70 square meters. Located on the conference floor on the 1st floor, they have modern, elegant furnishings and are ideal for small and medium-sized meetings of 30 or 60 people. Warnow View 7, in particular, has a lot of natural daylight thanks to three large panorama windows and a wonderful view over the city.
1st floor: Warnowblick 6
Group room or boardroom? The versatile Warnow View 6 meeting room is located on the 1st event floor and is ideal for smaller meetings or confidential conversations. It's also ideal as a boardroom or group room. With its area of 45 square meters, up to 12 people can be accommodated with block seating. The modern technical equipment is perfect for relaxed, effective work. Already know what you need?
