Spend the night in the heart of Rostock, discover the historic Old Town and fabulous beaches

We offer fantastic views of the city harbor in the middle of the historic Old Town as well as close proximity to the pedestrian zone: that’s why we’re the ideal base for experiencing the city and surrounding areas, as well as the coast, which is only about 20 minutes away.

From most of our rooms, you can enjoy a view of the historic Old Town or the harbor.

With unmistakable, honest, and substantial fare, our restaurant KAI40, invites you to try typical northern German cuisine in an atmosphere inspired by the local Rostock port. Savor the sunset over the Warnow River from the terrace of our KAI40 rooftop bar.

Brand new for 2021 is our sauna and fitness center, spread over 500 square meters, where you can enjoy the spectacular vista of the city’s rooftops from the whisper lounge, relaxation room or terrace.

Transport links are excellent, with bus and streetcar stops right in front of the hotel, the central train station just five stops away, and an underground parking garage with direct access to the lobby.
