During our recent trip to Oslo, my husband, sister-in-law, and I dined at The Top Restaurant located in the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, and it was a standout experience. The service was truly impeccable and the staff were wonderful, making us feel like we were eating in one of the most upscale restaurants in Europe. The food was uniquely prepared and full of flavor. I ordered the risotto, my husband went with the fish soup, and my sister-in-law opted for the glazed beets appetizer since she wasn't looking for a heavy meal. The beets portion turned out to be quite petit—barely enough for a single person, in my opinion—so it's a good thing she wasn't very hungry, but she mentioned it was still delicious. All of our dishes were exceptionally tasty, and combined with the elegant atmosphere and top-tier service, it made for a memorable evening in Oslo.
