We had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Blu hotel in Oslo. The location is excellent — right next to the train station, which made our arrival from the airport extremely convenient. Within just a few minutes after getting off the train, we were already at the hotel. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The only small downside was the mattresses, which were not the most comfortable and might benefit from being replaced in the future. Breakfast was truly excellent. The selection of food was wide and varied, and everything we tried was very enjoyable. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering a special drink on International Women’s Day — it was a lovely touch that made the morning feel extra special. We were also excited to visit the bar at the top of the hotel to enjoy the views of Oslo. Since we were traveling with children, we fully understood and respected the rule that kids are not allowed in the bar area after 20:00. The staff directed us to a nearby seating area where we could still order drinks. However, the space was almost empty (only two or three other guests were there), and unfortunately we were not allowed to sit at one of the tables facing the view because they were set for two people and we were not allowed to add another chair. While we understand the need for rules during busy periods, in this situation it felt a bit unnecessary, especially as the area was nearly empty. Because of this experience, we eventually decided not to return there for dinner. We also appreciated the later check-out time at 12:00, which made our departure much more relaxed. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay thanks to the great location, friendly staff, and fantastic breakfasts.

great hotel and to be fair never in doubt . never listen to the reviews esp written by the american tourists who just want chips for every meal there is . so great cust serv on check in and out great room service room spotless each day and well stock fridge coffee tea etc in the room . great view and the hotel is well located for everything in oslo . b/fast was fresh and plentiful of everything you can think of . would rtn here again without even thinking about it just book

We got a really good deal at the hotel with breakfast included. While I’m on the subject of breakfast … it was fantastic! Buffet style with everything you could think of available. There were also chefs making items to order like lovely fresh omelettes, waffles and poached eggs. Our 1st room was a bit noisy as it was right by the lift and the water in the shower wasn’t very hot. We spoke to reception after our first night and they moved us that day. They were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a good size, beds very comfortable, hot drink making facilities in the room. Everything was very clean. The views from rooms on the higher floors are amazing so ask for one higher up if possible. There is a gym and pool right at the top of the building with even better views. We used the pool which was great for swimming as not too hot, but not suitable for families as no shallow end. There is also a sauna which is in a different location to the pool. We also used the sky bar, again with the amazing views … but drinks prices reflect this. Definitely worth treating yourself to a sundowner though. The diner connected to the hotel is nothing exceptional, but the pizzas were good and were reasonably priced for Oslo as were the drinks. It was convenient and didn’t involve going back outside in the cold if you’ve had a busy day sightseeing. Last but not least, the hotel is in a great location close to the railway station and tram stations and walking distance (for us) to all the city centre attractions. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if I was back in Oslo.

This hotel is a great choice for travellers to Oslo. We arrived after travelling from Sydney and were of course exhausted. As an older couple this is difficult. However despite being early for our check in the kind young lady on the desk found us a room and made our check in easy. The room was clean and comfortable and had an impressive view over Oslo. During our stay we were delighted at the location that was so close to rail and bus links and easy access to the city and exhibitions. And the breakfast was exceptional. The range and quality of the food and beverages made breakfast a delightful experience. Congratulations to the hotel for making our two week trip so comfortable.

Very good. There are some ongoing works on the premises but it is well located and good ervice
