I wanted to give a shout out to Kimberly, hotel manager, as well as everyone at the desk and in the lobby bar. I made a booking mistake (completely MY fault) and Kimberly solved our issue with kindness and expediency. She was amazing.

"Super duper views and wonderful breakfast"

Ai-Ting greeted us graciously with a smile and started our breakfast off on the right foot! She was so friendly and helpful. The Terrace has beautiful views and is a great place to enjoy a cocktail. We did not care for the mattress. There’s a lot of construction going on which is loud and sometimes disruptive.

"Absolutely lovely hotel"

A completely 5 star experience. Our room was upgraded on check in and was spacious, comfortable and with everything we needed. A beautiful bathroom and an amazing view across Oslo. There was a hotel workers strike on at the time but it didn’t affect our stay at all and all of the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Especial mention to Ai-Ting Lin at breakfast who was super lovely and helpful. Looking forward to my next visit already! The hotel is next to the Central Station and within easy reach of the city centre.

"Perfect short stay. Close to main attractions"

Location: close to the Central train station so you get here directly from the airport using the AirPort Express. 15 minute walk from all main attractions. Room: big room for Oslo standards. Had a double on one of the higher floors. We were fortunate because the construction site next-door didn’t disturb us. The air conditioning was working perfectly. The mattress and the topper, one of the best I had in a hotel. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Very clean. Check in: quick and smooth. If there’s a queue, you can always check in online and get your digital key. Same thing for a checkout. Breakfast: plenty of choice, egg dishes cooked to order. At the time of checking in we were asked what time we prefer to have breakfast so they could get organized accordingly. No problem, finding a table. I didn’t find any problem with the elevators either (many of the guests were mentioning problems with their air-conditioning and with the elevators). I would certainly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Oslo
