





In collaboration with the group Dans le Noir?, The Radisson Blu Hotel, Nantes is proud to invite you to try dinners and lunches in total darkness—a gastronomic experience that invites you on a unique sensory and human journey.
Come and join us for dinner every Friday and Saturday at 7 pm and 9:30 pm or for lunch on Sundays at 12:30 pm. Customers are guided and served by a team of visually impaired waiter-guides. The menu is designed to be a total surprise for diners, cleverly prepared by Chef Axel Delordre, with particular attention paid to the quality of regional products and the distinctive combinations of flavors and textures. Food restrictions and special diets are of course considered when booking online.
